This place is down some dodgy little alleys but boy oh boy it's an oasis off the dusty path, absolutely gorgeous. A garden of Eden. Good food and good service and they serve beer and wine (an important feature in Marrakech). Feels 5 star all the way and not bad value. It's a super cool place and while it's boutique,... More

What a fab riad...great room, lots of amazing areas to sit..rooftop areas fantastic. Bar excellent with a great log fire for cold evenings. Perfect location..walking distance to Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace, Badie Palace, Sadien Tombs..main square 5 mins. Wander down a small slightly intimidating passageway behind a wooden door into the most beautiful setting. Great service..food slightly let's the Riad... More

Perfect location, far away from the crowd ow tourists but conveniently located to where everything is easily accessible. Overall has a great stay @ Palais Sebban. The place was beautifully decorated, great view from the rooftop of the medina + Atlas Mountains. Breakfast was good, wide selection. There's a restaurant in this place so that was convenient for when we... More

Stunning Riad right in the heart of the Medina; located a short walk from Jemaa El Fenaa. Staff were the most courteous, friendly individuals I have ever dealt with, and I have travelled extensively worldwide. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. The welcome mint tea along with look at sights on their own... More

We stayed there a week, my family and I. It's deep in the alleyways, and seems shabby until you enter. Inside it's a heaven. It's unbelievably beautiful, with pools and Moroccan tiles, carvings, flowers and a design to blow you away. You share the hotel with a puppy, a cat, three turtles and a host of birds. What doesn't blow... More

We booked this hotel based on the reviews and pictures and were not disappointed when we arrived - tiles and fountains and a lovely pool area. We were given some traditional mint tea and pastries while we checked in. Unfortunately, despite booking three months in advance, the hotel did not have a room for us and we were taken to... More

Not really a 5* service, as published. Pretty nice Riad, excelent staff service, but poor rooms and wifi (only in common areas). Very good location, at 3' from Jemaa el-Fnaa square, and the Koutubia Gardens.

Hi Sir, Thank you very much for you review, Firstly, the service we offer is more situated like a 4 stars hotel than a 5 one. The wifi is very complicated to manage in Morocco, we set a lot of staff to handle the problem, but it looks being still one for customers. I hope you passed a good time... More

We stayed here for a week at the end of March and had a thoroughly pleasant stay. The riad is breathtakingly beautiful, from the moment you walk into the foyer you know you have chosen well. We stayed in Atlas room which was lovely and had its own private gated patio with water fountain, very relaxing. We were half board... More

We booked the Palais the same day and we were so lucky that we did. A bit hidden in the back but perfectly located, it is a beautiful building with it's own charme. The courtyard is amazing and the terrace offers great views. Service was top notch, also the rooms were beautiful! WiFi in public Areas, but not in the... More

What an amazing place. Hidden in the medina you wouldn't know it was here. To stay here is great. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. I didn't try the food so can't comment on it. But good coffee, mint tea, and alcohol. There are two roof terraces and a pool. The palace has been restored to such a beautiful level it is... More
