Our second visit to this lovely dar didn't disappoint. Although the management has changed hands Stephane and his charming wife were very helpful at every point. Our group of 6 including older teenagers, loved the dar, its refreshing pool and the beautiful roof terrace. Breakfasts were yummy and all the staff were very nice. Hopefully we will be back again.

The French family-run riad is just beautiful, and hidden down a small alleyway, just on the outskirts of the main medina. Each room is wonderfully decorated with personal paintings and with a wonderful attention to detail. the roof terrace is spacious on two levels, with sun beds and drinks/food can be served up there too. The breakfast is wonderful, and... More

We spent two nights in the Riad having travelled from the mountains where we had stayed for the first part of the holiday. The hotel is tucked down a small alleyway and nothing prepares you for the inside when you knock on the door and wonder what sort of accommodation you are going to find! It was a beautiful Riad... this hidden riad is a wonderful haven right in the heart of Marrakesh. It's a great place to experience the vibrant life of the city while being able to rest as well. The decor is exquisitely done and makes you happy to be there. The owners - Stephane and Marie Aude - as well as all the staff are friendly... More

Peaceful and cool haven in bustling Medina. Charming, friendly and helpful staff looked after all our needs and organised our trips for us so made it all very relaxing. Lovely roof terrace for sunbathing and meals. Delicious and ample breakfast and they will cook evening meal too if you wish. I thoroughly recommend this Riad.

Very helpful and friendly staff and owners. A quiet oasis in noisy Marrakech (apart from neighbour hood mosque!). Lovely rooms and a nice cool pool to chill in. Shame there's no wine or beer of offer but still highly recommended. Go and enjoy!

We spent two nights in the Douria suite at the end of a trekking holiday in the mountains. Stephane and Marie-Aude were excellent hosts and all the staff at the Riad were helpful and attentive. I normally don’t write reviews, although I read them, but this I had to write because it was an amazing experience. Dar Vedra is a wonderful maison d’hote. Unlike most boutique hotels that litter the Medina in Marrakesh, it is a true gem. My family and I stayed for three nights in late March. We had the apartment called Douairia.... More
