We booked a superior/de luxe room here for a three day break for two. What a find this is! We are not prone to effusive or overenthusiastic reviews, but here is one to redress the balance. It would be hard to criticise this riad in the old city. The organisation, the welcome, the service throughout our stay were fantastic. We... More

My boyfriend and I have just spent 3 nights at Dar Anika. Having travelled in Morocco before and having sampled some great Riads in Marrakech this is definitely the best yet! The service and hospitality was great. They were welcoming without being pushy or over the top. It's a beautiful Riad on the outskirts of the Medina so easily accessable... More

We have just returned from Marrakech where we climbed Mount Toubkal. We started our trip with 2 nights at Riad Dar Anika - what a wonderful introduction to Marrakech! Samir was the perfect host, telling us where to go - where to eat, advice for handling the Souk!! All the staff were so helpful, breakfast was wonderful on the roof... More

We stayed one night with 2 and 4 years old. The staff made sure we had a wonderful time. The Riad location is very good. It is easy to find a parking and loading. The food is good. The rooms are big. Above all the staff and owner are great. We loved it.

Marrakech was the first city we visited in our honeymoon and we stayed in Riad Dar Anika for 4 days... It was indeed the best way to start our trip, with this riad full of nice decoration details and our room was amazing with a small patio just for the two of us. The service is simply incredible, all the... More

From the pick up at the airport to the warm welcome when we arrived we couldn't have asked for a nicer, sweeter, professional staff. They treated us like gold! Made reservations for dinner, cooked an incredible dinner another night on the rooftop for us, and scheduled a tour through the old city which was beyond fantastic! The room was beautiful,... More

My sister and I stayed here for 10 days in August. We were warmly welcomed with refreshments and a very helpful briefing by the manager, Samia, with particular reference to our safety (we were two women travelling alone). He even gave us his personal mobile number. The room was cool, comfortable and spacious, and was kept very clean and tidy.... More

Everything in this place was just perfect. Since the way the staff makes you feel at home every time you get in, bringing you hommade cookies and an addictive mint tea, to the decoration details in every corner of the Riad. There was magic everywhere, It really was hard to leave that place.

Wow! What a beautiful place. The drive to Anika didn't suggest we'd be met with such opulence when we arrived. We had the traditional mint tea by the lovely pool before being shown our gorgeous rooms. We were upgraded to a lovely four poster - very spacious, cool and clean : we found the air con v effective! A huge... More

We stayed with Abou in Riad dar Anika in January of this year for a week on our honeymoon. It was our first time in Morocco travelling from Ireland. On first arrival in Marrakesh it looks like a daunting city, but the warm welcome from Abou and his staff (and tortoise called couscous) made us feel right at home :)... More
