Riad Mabrouka offered us a great experience in Marrakech and made our stay ideal and very enjoyable. We're very picky travelers with a strong attention to details (especially in terms of service) and have literally been delighted by the Riad Mabrouka, from the booking till we were back to the airport (and I can tell you this is very exceptional).... We had a nice stay here earlier in the month. Hassan and Maroud are two top notch guys that helped out with anything that we needed. I would say that this Riad is more like a ten minute walk to the Bahia Palace and 15 mins to the Square though, not 2 and 5 like it states on their website.

Stylish, peaceful riad in the heart of the Medina (just 3 minutes easy walk to Jemaa El Fna). Wonderful rooms and a fantastic roof terrace, the bathrooms were spectacular. However, what makes Mabrouka really special is the manager Vanessa and her wonderful team ...excellent service and advice to put many 5* hotels to shame.

The staff was incredible. Vanessa, Mourad and Hassan took care of every desire and arranged for many activities: dinners, day-trips, guides, etc. We can't say enough kind things about the staff and the accomodations. The terrace on the roof is heavenly. We even ate dinner there our last night! Mourad walked us to several sites during his (only) day off... More

We just returned from a two week's holiday in Marrakech and the Atlas mountains. While in Marrakech we stayed at the beautiful Riad Mabrouka. This riad is an elegantly decorated villa located within the Medina and very close to the Jemaa el Fna square. From the roof terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the city while having lunch, dinner... More

Great location in the Medina with a small team of charming staff. Peaceful and relaxing roof terraces on different levels where the birds sang. We had two suites which were tastefully furnished and comfortable.

Our stay at this riad was outstanding from start to finish. The location was excellent and the riad was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very comfortable and welcoming. Every attention to detail was made to accommodate our stay and find our way. Our diverse group of travelers felt at home. The common areas were beautifully decorated and our suite,... More

We had a superb two day stay. The staff is extremely pleasant and made all requested arrangements without fail. We especially appreciated that the staff one evening cooked our dinner themselves! which was also delicious. No street noises inside allowed us a good rest.

The riad was chosen because of the trip advisor reviews and because is 5 minute walk to the Djema El Fna square. Was tricky to get there but well, it's Marrakesh... (ground works near the narrow street entrance should have warned us!). Very nice suites! A lovely environment. No pool, only a small foot washer.... The staff barely speak english... More

Grume, Propriétaire at Riad Mabrouka Marrakech, responded to this review

Dear Customers and Friends, It is true that we sometimes have to deal with water issue in the Medina. Marrakech Medina is hundreds years old. Even if the City has done a fantastic job for a couple of years, there is still work under progress. It's not Riad Mabrouka's fault but we sincerly apologize for this inconvenient, every single Riad... More
