Very average hotel. Boring breakfast with even more bored, feckless staff. Decent pool and facilities spoilt by staff who couldn't care less about customer service. Handily placed to walk into the old or new parts of the city, which is the only reason I give it more than one star.

Stayed here for a week recently and found it be very good. It is a large hotel in the pleasant Hivernage district of the city. The location is good, quiet but still only a 20 minute walk to the walls of the Medina or a short-taxi ride. One of the main attractions of the hotel are the gardens which are... More

I've stayed in this hotel back in april 2013, and I have to say that it is a beautiful hotel. Nice rooms, beautiful garden, good swimming pool and a great breakfast! Only downside is the staff, they hardly spoke any English, not even at the front desk! They were nice and willing to help, but communication was simply terrible. Crash-course... More

1) We were shown to our room which was already occupied!! 2) We had requested a garden/pool view but were given a main road view!! 3) The TV did not work, we were told 'someone will be there right away' 'surprise surprise' no one came! The food was the worst ever!! It may look cheap but do not waste your... More

I stayed for 3 nights at the end of January for a total of about 170 USD in a single room with half board. The room was clean, well heated, and had a flat screen TV with german, english, french and arabic stations. Comfortable bed, a small balcony, nice bathroom and enough space to store everything. Free WiFi in the... More

It starts at the receptionist, very unfriendly, outside nerds this hotel painting and renew woorden parts. Some trees gros in front of the balkony, unaniem to sit on the... More
