This is a hotel that has definitely seen some better days. Just needs a whole facelift of sorts. The rooms are ok. They are clean but nothing special. Could use a new coat of paint as paint in our bathroom was peeling off. The best part of the hotel is the pool and gardens area. The location is good. Elevators... More

Stayed for a week. Clean hotel with good sized room. Close to main square but out of the way enough for a quiet night. Easy 25 min walk to be in the action or a short taxi ride. Very friendly staff...

This hotel has seen better days, it is well located in a calm residential area in walking distance from the city centre. About one mile. The rooms are good and clean and comfortable, the gardens are nice and it has a great pool. It is a mass tourist destination not a business hotel. The lifts don't work very well. The... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on Half-board basis ... Only £67 for 2 people ... an amazing bargain ... we were lucy i suppose as i cannot find the same price again. The hotel is quite large ... The rooms medium size with banquette for sitting, large comfortable bed, spacious clean bathroom and a safe (didn't use) and very important,... More

Check in Process Very efficient. The staff were expecting us and they had everything ready Room Nice large room, separate bedroom with a TV, Living room with a TV, breakfast bar(pointless) and small porch accessed via a patio door. The patio had a nice table and chairs to enjoy the sun or spend the evenings enjoying the cooler weather. We... More

The hotel room was dated and smelled old, the WiFi was poor if it worked at all, the buffet not adequate choice of hard boiled eggs or nothing, the staff rude and uncommunicative, the location poor not close to markets or places of interest. Could not get extra pillows for our bed, the lift did not work, the stairs we... More

This hotel is situated in an area with other hotels and parkland, but a long way from the medina, the old centre of Marrakech (a 150 dirham cab ride in our case). The hotel has a good entrance and attractive-looking grounds, but there is not much else in its favour. It in 'international resort hotel' style with no great character... More

Hotel is nothing fancy, but its very clean, with lovely big, comfortable beds. My room was very spacious and serviced on a daily basis, clean towels daily. Breakfast pretty good, but same every day we were there, but thoroughly enjoyed it,especially the pancakes made fresh while you wait. Pool lovely and clean, helpful staff and most of them speak adequate english. Hotel organised some... More
