Well, it is definitely not a four star hotel. The room was small and the balcony was so little that we had to go out there one person at a time. The staff were not friendly at all, and breakfast was very poor. Moreover, the price was a rip-off and breakfast was NOT included. On the other hand, there were... More

I chose this hotel because of its location - close to the start and finish of the Marrakech Marathon which I ran last week. The hotel is very good standing in it´s own beautiful gardens with very friendly and attentive staff. There is also a hammam and range of masage and other beauty treatments available. It was too cold to uise... More

Stayed here for a night as part of a trip to Marrakech, beautiful hotel and friendly staff, very clean, the room was however small but as i was there for one night i found it acceptable, sitting out on the balcony at night was very enjoyable looking out in to the gardens after a hectic day in a mad city, More

There is a good service, but it's not the cleanest hotel! We had cigarette butts behind the door. But the hotel is beautiful. Very nice atmosphere of the rate of the pool. Italian food, not very good. Very ordinary! Good place! 3 restored the Hotel. Hotel family! These good, there are computer! Good service . More

If you are on a budget, this is hotel is for you. Service is friendly and it has it's charm. Incredibly, you need to pay for the use of safe box in your room, and you pay cash at the very beginning of your stay, its not a lot of money, 15 drm. Wifi is free and fast in lobby... More

The hotel and grounds of this hotel were very good but the language barrier was very bad could not get ourselves understood ! I know we are ignorant but I have never been anywhere where it is difficult to be understood. The cost in the hotel is also a bit steep but food ok and staff friendly enough although they... More

We stayed in a bungalow for 2 nights, overlooking the pool and bar kitchen. The gardens are beautiful and a pleasure to relax in. However, most of the staff were unhelpful and rude. When we arrived at 7.30 am with 3 tired children the receptionist was adamant there were no rooms available, despite my printed receipt. Breakfast was a nightmare,... More

Our family of 4 stayed here for the first night of our stay in Morocco before moving into another hotel with grandparents arriving the next day. We started haggling already at the airport as we were told the price for a "grand taxi" (any party of over 3 people will need a grand taxi) to the city was 200 dhs.... More

This is exactly what you would expect for the price range. Basic rooms, ours was quite small but clean and fine for a base. The hotel lobby and dining room are well maintained and the breakfast buffet was great (lots of choice, very fresh). The swimming pool and bathing area is quite large and very clean - fine to wear...
