Stayed for a week in February last year. Had a great time. Ended up in the wrong hotel first of all as had the exact same name;) When finally got to the right one found it to be very grand looking. Very impressive. Nice food. The only minus is that hotel doesn't serve alcohol. Understand is the cultural/ religious thing.... More

I was on this hotel last late August. The room that was assigned to me had this strange smell the minibar was damaged, I've complained about it in the reception. The response was that a guy would fix it. And that was indeed fixed, both the smell and the minibar issue. On the following morning, I woke up and noticed... More

Good hotel probably on of the best on Mohammed V1 avenue. Entrance lobby was stunning with great architectural ceilings and the lounge was amazing. The rooms were a bit tired and need updating and the corridor was dark and carpet needs updating. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful. The safe was loose and not working and the mini bar... Stay here for 1 night and was told it was a 5* hotel, which in our view it was not. First of all the fridge was empty and although we did not expect alcohol, the room didn't even have complementary water. The room was very big and clean, the staff friendly we're friendly, but in my opinion, there was not... More

A bit dull but good value The staff were helpful Very Convenient for the station and easy to the airport but a 20 min walk to the medina. Fairly quiet except for the odd train ( especially compared to the medina) more of a business hotel than tourist one.

Strange custom where parents set their kids loose in the hotel while they are out on the town. Since there is no alcohol in the hotel, people go out to dine. We stayed 10 days for a conference and three little brats rode the elevators, ran through the halls screaming and yelling from morning till late evening - where were... More

If you're looking for an authentic, characterful ryad in the heart of the city, this is one to avoid. If you don't mind a 20 min walk into town, aren't fussy on the decor and can sleep through noise, this is the place for you. For what we paid it was totally fine. Pros - cheap, air con in room,... Eventhough it has a great hall, and quite big rooms; the restaurant was a mess. When we arrived at the evening to have dinner there were no tables left to sit on. All of them were full of dirty dishes of the guests they'd been before. The waiters were not capable at all to manage the salon. There weren't clean... More

We stayed here for 4 nights total (at the beginning of our trip in Morocco and upon our return to Marrakech). The hotel is a good, decent hotel with rooms that are large and have a small outdoor terrace. The hotel has a spa, exercise room and a pool. The hotel appears to be frequented by Arab businessmen and French... More
