The Riad Yasmine is beautifully appointed internally, and the French Algerian management/ownership shows in the attention to detail. The small, but exquisite, internal courtyard is simply delightful, and as a guest you feel like you're in your own private resort. It is lovely, and the dipping pool is the star attraction here. The downside is the location - it is... more

I can't really make up my mind about the Riad. Staff were really really welcoming, helpful for booking trips, advising on restaurants (without bias or obvious commission), very attentive. We were frequently given peppermint tea, without asking for it! Service and food at meals we had there, were lovely, although slightly pricey (250dh per person for 3 courses), and we... more

We were impressed with the first riad we had stayed in. The room was nice - not quite boutique hotel quality, but much much nicer than a corporate McRoom in a chain hotel. We enjoyed the continental style breakfast, and had a great chicken sandwich and salad for lunch one day on the roof terrace. There was mint tea and... more

As a repeat customer I am also worried about the new owner. We initially had a confirmed reservation for a room we had occupied the year before, but were given a room on the first floor which was not to our liking. We were told that our booked room was occupied for the whole week. After 2 nights we were... more

Have stayed two years in a row at the Riad Yasmine and planned a third- but new owner and new problems! After three direct phone calls and two e-mail exchanges in January 2009, agreed on rooms (3) and rate (discount since room rates had been markedly increased by new owner) and was asked to fax credit card details as had... more

5 of us stayed at the Riad Yasmine for 3 nights at the beginning of October. Booked direct through e-mail, room rate included taxi pick up from airport. Our first thought upon arriving outside was what have we done, but as soon as you step through the front door you breathe a sign of relief. Riad Yasmine is beautiful! It... more

Negotiated a better deal direct tby email than through websites. Stayed in the Yasmine Suite with our 4 year old. All staff exceptionally friendly & helpful, although there has to be a special mention for Chouki! Room clean & comfortable with seperate toilet & bath/shower. Spacious roof terrace seating & plunge pool in courtyard. Tasty breakfast including Morrocan pancakes. We... more
