I liked the look of the hotel, so much of it is over the top. Enjoy your leopard-print sheets! The wifi is fine on the lower levels, but I had issues connecting in room on the higher floors. The rooms were clean, some rooms are way larger than others, though there was no price difference between the rooms. One of... More

This will be a straight up review of our experiences here. We are unusual here as we stayed for two weeks rather than the few days to 1 week that the vast majority of guests stay (Half board - breakfast/evening meal) so we can honestly say we've seen and experienced it all. Two things to be aware of :- DO... More

I enjoyed my stay here, my room was comfortable and clean and i slept well. The breakfast on the roof top terrace was a nice touch and on a clear day you get good views over the city and the mountains in the distance. I enjoyed using the hotel pool. The traditional decoration of the hotel gave the place an... More

Our first trip to Marrakech, chose the hotel because of an earlier review and the fact that it had a pool as I like to swim. We found the staff very welcoming, pleasant and hardworking. The hotel itself is very Morrocan and the decor meant that you never sat in a boring room. Front desk staff really helpful with advice... More

Unfortunately stayed here three nights whilst on a tour - never again. Arrived after the train trip from Fes at a reasonable hour, staff were non engaging and appeared disinterested. After researching online where it said wifi in all rooms was bitterly disappointed to find our room did not have this, nor did anyone on tour. Only place we could... More

Only stopped here for one night but wish it had been more! A great hotel with a lovely, traditional Moroccan feeling, high mosaic tiled walls in beautiful colours and a functioning fountain in the reception are charming. Rooms are of a good size, well equipped and continue the theme. Staff were friendly and very helpful for directions etc. Breakfast on... More

If you want traditional then this is the place to be. It is a feast for the eyes from the moment you walk through the doors, and for a three star hotel it offers very good value. The hotel is close to the amenities and I suggest taking the tourist bus trip when you arrive to get a good feel... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was rather pleased by what I experienced. When one enters the hotel, they are faced by a lovely courtyard with a miniature water fountain and a blaze of techni-coloured lights illuminating the atmosphere. The room key was a bit big (20cm) but hey-ho. So the rooms consisted of beds, ensuite and... More
