I have been to Morocco several times but this was the first time taking my parents. We were going to Morocco to celebrate my dads 60th birthday and wanted my parents to experience a unique part of Moroccan culture and decided to stay for 5 days in Moroccan House Marrakech. Before hand i had been emailing Khalid at Moroccan House... More

This hotel is very 'Fancy', some of it in Moroccan style but some very lacy - eg curtains round the beds. It was clean and the breakfasts were good with lots of choice - and it was fun on the roof terrace. The evening meals weren't good quality and we found the service poor - a shame after the other... Stayed here for 3 nights over the past 2 weeks. Found the interior to be overly kitschy and not very authentic, the maintenance not up to par (my shower spewed water that soaked the bathroom each time I showered) and the customer service mediocre. Location-wise, the area was fine, right in the new town and a 20 minute but pleasant/easy... More

My friend and I spent 5 days at the Moroccan House Hotel in Marrakech & were very surprised at how lovely it was, considering the budget price we were paying. Beautiful traditional Moroccan decor, mosaics, an indoor water feature in the entrance.. The breakfasts on the rooftop terrace were great, but get there early because they tend to run out... More

We've just returned from a four night stay at this hotel, which I booked after checking out the reviews on TA and thought I would add my own review. The hotel is located in the new town about 10mins in a taxi to the old town. It's a purpose built hotel made to look like a traditional riad, with the... More

I just stayed here one night but would like to go back and stay a few nights. Great service, great breakfast on the roof top terrace. Well decorated and interesting inside. More

very noisy at night we were on the fifth floor and the noise from the road is very loud and goes on all night - car alarms, people shouting you name it - road is very dirty full of rubbish dumps and overturned skips..stray cats and dogs galore - very distressing if you are animal lovers like us - but... Considering how expensive everything is in Marrakech, I was surprised at how low the price was per room. The decor was a little on the kitchy side, but we had comfortable beds in a decent sized room. The staff was very friendly and oh so helpful. Of course we visited during a cold spell so the rooftop breakfasts were a little... More

We spent two nights here while visiting our son in Marrakech. We were quite pleased with everything, from the cosy, clean room to the rooftop breakfast. There are a number of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk (Casanova, for one) and a great Lebanese place. Wifi was excellent, so I watched a USA baseball game I really wanted to... More

We only spent one night in Marrakech but my partner had been to Morocco in January and had found this hotel. The location is excellent, an easy trip from the airport, and easy walking distance into the district of Gueliz. The staff we extremely friendly. And the room......very different and very pink (even the toilet paper). But completely charming. The... More
