On arrival at this Riad we were dropped on the street and walked through a very busy area with our cases to an average looking door in an alleyway. Do not be fooled, on stepping inside it is like a whole different world. Sybille and Saad were the perfect hosts and were waiting for us when we arrived with offers... More

My wife and I stayed at this Riad for a week during our visit to Marrakech. The hosts Sybille and her husband Saad were both very attentive. The Riad is an "oasis" from the hustle and bustle of the medina. It is very traditional with a beautiful courtyard decorated with trees and flowers. The rooms are typically Moroccan style and... I went to Marrakech with my two grown up daughters and chose Sybil and Saad's Riad from the Thomson brochure. They make a splendid team and run this lovely Riad with cool efficiency and offer help and advice to ensure everyone has a good experience of Marrakech. It was lovely to meet you, Sybil and Saad. The Riad is a... More

I must say that this has got to be thee best place we have vacationed. My husband, daughter and myself stayed with Riad Dar Sbihi for a week and we have never been treated like royalty the way we were here. Unbelievable service. Saad and Sophia exceeded every expectation we had regarding the riad, the food, the tours/excursions, the staff,... More

Having just returned from a four night stay at the Riad Dar Sbihi I would certainly recommend this riad to others. The place is a real treasure with its attractive traditional style making a nice change from the usual bland hotel. The contrast from the bustling life on the streets to the oasis of calm in the riad is evident... More

We went to Marrakech to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday, we have been to Tunisia, Turkey and Egypt so thought we knew what to expect. We booked the Riad through THompsons but the flight with Easijet as we only wanted five nights. When we arrived it was pouring down and we were an hour late but the pre booked taxi... More

Sybil and Saad are really lovely hosts and they have created a beautiful haven in the middle of the madness and majesty of Marrakech. The rest of the hotel staff are equally as lovely. Everyone always had a smile for you and nothing was too much trouble. Sybil's menu is extraordinary (I recommend you start selling a cook book!) and... More

This Riad is a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Push open the little wooden door and you'll find a beautiful place to stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The owners attention to detail and service is second to none. Breakfast on the Terrace is a wonderful relaxing experience and in early... More

A couple of years ago we discoverd "Riad Dar Sbihi"situated somewhere in the middle of the Medina. The enthousiasm of Saad & the Belgian Sybille works contagious. They try and fulfil all your wishes. The riad itself looks as if it stepped out of an eastern fairy-tale.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this purely magical and hidden gem of a Riad in the quiet Northern Medina of Marrakech. It really is hidden away and I would not advise trying to find it for the first time by yourself, although when we showed the taxi drivers the address, they knew exactly where to... More
