This beautiful Riad, right in the medina, is an Oasis. You are right in the centre of the old town (north of it), but inside it almost felt like you were somewhere in the nowhere. Quiet - no noises, with just birds singing from the trees of the riad. And if you went outside, you did not need to make... More

What a gorgeous, lovingly run, place to spend a few days. The staff could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The breakfasts were just wonderful, home made yogurt which was divine, home made flat breads, crepes, omelettes, fruit salads and freshly squeezed orange juice. Very well done, I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a beautiful Riad - relaxing, clean and charming. The staff were adorable. A perfect luxurious escape from the rest of the hectic souks of Marrakesh. It looks just like the photos. Relaxing music and soothing amber and jasmine aromas will welcome you back in at any time of the day. Loved the two big divans, the big lounge... More

Very clean and spacious - lots of different places to relax as well such as two terraces, pool area, and reception area. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner is very good too! Massage we had was good as well. Customer service of staff was excellent. The reception has soothing music playing in background and the place is surrounded by A smell of... More

I stayed here with two friends for a week from the 17th to the 24th of August and stayed in the two bed apartment. The Riad is exactly how it looks in the photographs. All three of us loved the Riad. The staff looked after us really well and the rooms were always spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel... More

Riad Charai cannot be faulted on its beauty. The room and pool was immaculately presented. The breakfast as well was lovely and sufficient. Unfortunately compliments end here. We sort of felt like intruders rather than guests. Every time we went to the door and pushed the buzzer we had to wait forever to be let in. We felt like a... More

Hello Sir, As you know, Morocco is a muslim country and during Ramadan the bar is closed and this is not permitted to serve alcohol. Apologies for this inconvenience. Best Regards, Béatrice TIPP More

We stayed 5 nights at the Riad. We had the Safran room (twin, with terrace). Everything was as expected (pictures from website). Our pick up from the airport was there. Breakfast was good. We almost had all our meals at the Riad, food was good. The Morroccan staff was very professional, pleasant and eager to provide a good experience. The... More

As always I chose this Riad with the help of Tripadvisor, we weren't disappointed so much so my wife wishes to celebrate her 50th birthday here. We started our trip with a driver waiting to pick us up at the airport eliminating the stress of finding the location off our own devices. As others have described being inside the Medina... More

Riad Charai was the highlight of our week stay in Marrakesh and one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. A stunning and relaxing retreat to chill out in after a busy day sight-seeing and going on excursions. Staff, including the riad driver, were friendly and very helpful.Could not recommend higher to anyone looking for accommodation in Marrakesh!
