This was absolutely the highlight of our trip. The Riyad is impeccably decorated and designed, our room was lovely and large, always cool even without the AC on. We had a small balcony overlooking the pool, and the most comfortable bed. Rooms come with bath robes and rose water soaps and toileteries, which were a wonderful touch. The staff were... More

This Riad was so beautiful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout. It was clean and affordable and worth every penny! The only negative would be the location. You have to walk down creepy side streets which are quite intimidating! Although the staff were amazing the service was quite slow but the beauty of the Riad made... More

This hidden paradise is tucked away in the small streets and we happened to arrive late at night so at first we were terrified! It feels like all the locals were staring at us BUT once we arrived to the Riad it was like we stepped into another area. The staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel like royalty... Me & my friend Elaine stayed for 4 nights at the Riad Charai.on arrival we were greeted by a beautiful aroma of rose & orange oil,& on the way to reception we couldn't stop ourselves from smiling at how elegant and authentic the reception area was. It lived up to our expectations & looked exactly as the photos do on... More

This was a lovely place to stay in Marrakech. It is difficult to find when you first get there (in retrospect worth paying for the hotel-provided shuttle from the airport) and be prepared to get lost when coming back at night. However, this is because it's in the midst of the bustling medina where all the streets melt into one... More

Me and my friend Sandra spent a week in riad charai and had a holiday to remember forever. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and work non stop to provide exceptional service. We became friends with majid and mustafa instantly due to their professionalism, friendly vibe and willingness to always go out of their way to be accommodating.... More

I loved the whole experience of the Riad. The aesthetics, the service, the food and the people!! The entrance was so beautiful with the soft light, water fountain and the beautiful scent of fleur d'oranger!! Relaxation and care I felt instantly as soon as I walked in. Entering the courtyard with the swimming pool and walking through to our room... More

Riad Charai was a charming accommodation place in the old Medina, quite easily accessible after initial difficulties, 10-15 minutes to the famous Djemaa el-Fna square. A shuttle service is also available. Riad Charai has a roof sun terrace with a view over the Medina. We enjoyed sufficiently abundant breakfasts along the pool in the patio with palm trees. Charai has... More

We spent 3 nights on our Moroccan tour in this lovely Riad. Plusses: - authentic Riad feel - good friendly service - affordable luxury Minuses: - location a bit off the main Medina area, half an hour´s walk to the main square - a bit rough area in the nights - kids hassling on tourists, so it would be advisable...
