If you want a beautiful suite, lovely surroundings, excellent service, fantastic food and a great location, book Riad Azzar right now!!! My husband and I stayed at Riaz Azzar for three nights for our 10th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The location is superb, two minutes from the hussle and bussle of the square/souks but once you step... more

Riad Azzar is well established, with English-speaking staff and good service. It has a nice roof terrace, a good library and a lovely (albeit) small pool to sit by. It was nice to have a bathtub to soak in as well. But one needs to be aware of the following: 1) It is NOT the oasis of tranquility. The noise... more

We are Germans - meaning we are born with a special expectation of everything being perfect and with high quality standards - otherwise we complain....a lot :-). We did not get any opportunity to complain at all - it was simply great. ROOMS: We stayed the first night in room Marmoucha - which is a cozy very beautiful room on... more

A very gentle place to stay, hidden in the heart of the Medina. A quiet spot in the crowded and noisy city of Marrakech. As soon as you enter the Riad you are surprised by the beautiful decorations, African art, atmosphere and overall tranquility. The appearance and ambience are relaxing and luxurious. The rooms are very beautiful, decorated with great... more

We had the most memorable trip to Marrakech in October. From the website of Riad Azzar we were looking forward to luxury however the reality far outlived the expectation. Our hosts Cees & Maryke really went out of their way to make our trip an unforgettable one. Our room was so luxurious and they really had thought of everything -... more

A very gentle place to stay, hidden in the heart of the Medina. A quiet spot in the crowded and noisy city of Marrakech. The riad shows the ability of the owners Cees and Marijke to combine hospitality, quality of decoration, food and a fair trade in running their bussines. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent cooking. No reason... more

Just came back from our great vacation. Riad is very nice and location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Halid who is professional, kind, resourceful and friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious. I'll certainely recommend my friends to go there. more

I really cannot praise this Riad enough. The location was fantastic. Easy to find and very central allowing you to pop out to explore the souks and then pop back for a peaceful G&T and a dip in the plunge pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful - The manager in particular was a mine of useful information and... more

We spent two lovely days at the Riad Azzar. It was a busy time there but we were given lots of individual attention by the staff who were polite and helpful. more

Absolutely loved the place and its people! Hidden in the back street in the heart of the medina, you have complete peace of mind once you have stepped inside the beautiful wooden door with no hotel sign but a humble address number "94" just above it. Charming with art pieces placed here and there beautifully, the riad in its entirety... more
