We got married at the Dar Karma in October last year and the place was perfect. We booked the whole riad for our families for the days before, during and after the wedding. I can not recommend this riad enough. It is ornate and richly decorated in traditional Moroccan fashion, but still manages to be homey, with a vintage vibe.... More

This is an absolutely beautiful place. All the touches are just quaint and luxurious and unique. the staff were nice and the service was good. My one concern is that you don't get a key to your room...they have a slide bar you can lock when you're in it, but when you leave you can't lock the room. I had... More

This was not the absolute best of the four riads i stayed at in morocco, but it was by far the best value. for the price, this is a beautiful riad and would recommend for budget travelers. there were rose petals laid out in our gorgeous, upgraded room, with an incredible bathroom that was like a private hammam. we also... Riad Dar Karma was literally one of the finest riads we've ever been to. The welcome was magnificent (even though it was already late in the evening), and a delicious diner was waiting for us on the courtyard with candlelight. Everyone of the staff was so nice, and the owner did everything she could to make us feel totally comfortable... More

This is a very well kept hotel that had once been the mansion to the King's translator; the grounds are spotless with many quiet places to hang out. The staff was discreet but welcoming. They do not cater to any one nation so be prepared for a lack of English reading material. Breakfast was elegant and simple but very well... More

Amongst the frenetic pace of Marrakech's medina, you enter Riad Dar Karma and find tranquility. Its a small beautiful riad, with lots of quiet places to sit and read. The nice touches of roses petals on the floor, bed and bathroom, The service is great and out of sight. The family realy enjoyed our stay here and we will be... More

When looking for a place to stay in Marrakech there is a huge amount of choice. There are so many riads and hotels in the area it took us a long time to finally decide to stay at the Riad Dar Karma. We wanted the authentic experience of saying in a traditional Riad, but at the same time we were... More

We loved our stay at Dar Karma. After a busy day of sight seeing we lounged on the roof top terrace with the best mint tea Morocco has to offer. And as there are several areas to rest and unwind at this charming riad we typically had the rooftop to ourselves (other people seemed to prefer being poolside or in... More

A beautiful Riad with first class service. We stayed during July when it was both very hot and during Ramadan,n consequently had the whole place to our selves. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't of made us feel any more welcome. On 2 days we were up early to go out on excursions and it was no problem for them... This is a 5* hotel at 3* prices, the whole place is absolutely gorgeous, it is like staying in someone’s luxury house with lovely friendly people to make your stay stress free and comfortable. The food was lovely, we ate in every night … chicken, lamb and beef tagines all cooked to perfection. We had a guided tour around the... More
