Clean Boutique Hotel with a comfortable feel to it. Bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Good breakfast. Staff was professional and the pool area was clean. We were in the front however the neighborhood is quiet so no problem there.

I stayed here for 4 nights from 09/04/14. Rooms I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the 5th floor in a suite overlooking the pool. A very good room with a big balcony, lounge area and plenty of cupboard space. I was very grateful. On the balcony you can pick up the Wi-Fi from the terrace above(shhh) However I... More

Hotel is situated centrally on a side street away from main road, budget rooms are either side of the lifts which can be a bit annoying, Our first room had broken air con and no hot water, so we asked for change, after speaking to others this is par for the course - you seeem to get a basic room... This was my first time in Marrakesh (my partners his second) and was therefore relieved to be in a centrally located, not too close to the town centre, friendly clean hotel. The staff and hotel manager were always helpful and our bedroom was clean. Breakfast was fine and wish I had dined at their restaurant as it was clearly very... More

As a couple having worked and stayed in hotels around it is obvious how well run this hotel. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at very reasonable prices. The decor of the room, amount and professionialism of staff and quality of food was much better than we expected. Even though we opted for a special deal menu we had an excellent... More

My wife and I stayed in room 102 for 4 nights, 17th to 21st March 2014. The fairly small room was at the front of the hotel and was noisy late at night from outside passers-by. We never had hot water, it was always tepid. Fixtures and fittings a little tired, bed very comfortable. Breakfasts a little boring, though the... More

We booked this hotel last minute (we booked an hour before we arrived at the hotel) and the hotel reception were very accommodating. The rooms are very nice and there is a roof top bar which is a real sun trap! There are two restaurants where we are planning on eating at but hear it is very good food. The... More

Just spent 4 nights at Le Caspien, and found the staff very helpful and efficient. Our room was clean, but a bit dated. Would have liked a hair dryer in the bathroom. Breakfast provided was good, if basic, but we did have an unlimited amount of fresh squeezed orange juice, excellent baguettes and excellent coffee. The hotel's restaurant, Chez Joel,... More

Hotel le Caspien is the perfect choice for a stay in Morocco! The staff is so kind, helpful and accommodating. I felt as though my stay in Marrakech was truly important to them. We barely had any plans going in to the trip and the staff helped arrange for activities to fill our entire stay. The restaurant had delicious food... More
