A fair review... Poor show to easyjet who never said anyting about the requirement to filling in "visa cards" to get past passport control. We had no pen. Would have been nice to have been warned about this in advance. A nice french lady allowed us to borrow her pen. Left the airport and jumped on the No 19 bus... More

I really enjoyed this Hotel. It has a lovely homely feel to it. And it's great value for money too. We stayed in a pleasant little room that overlooked the road (it was a bit loud at times but nothing to warrant a complaint). The bed was really comfortable and shower adequate. If you are looking for a five star... More

The hotel is charming but what made our stay there was the restaurant. First class food and service. The rooms feel a little tired and could be given some attention. Some of our bedding was ripped. But for what you pay it's not bad. The roof is a great oasis of calm and again the service there was tremendous. Oh... More

The best thing about Le Caspien is the friendliness of the staff. From the receptionists, the bar staff, the waiting staff to the housekeeping, all were welcoming, hardworking and friendly. I was very well looked after and the staff always listened to my comments. Le Caspien is well situated in the heart of Gueliz, very close to the shops. The... More

We stopped here for our last night after a 2 week trip around Morocco. To be honest, although we had stayed in a lovely Riad in the medina for a few days at the start of our trip, I wasn't enamoured with Marrakech and as a result was not looking forward to returning there. We had booked a hotel this... More

Traditional interior in public areas, courtyard and such. Nice atmosphere. Rooms in local style as well, modern plumbing and electronics. Did not use ac as it was winter but it existed. Comfy qsize bed, lcd tv with a few english news channels, key operated safe. Safe key rental around 20 dirhams a night. Cleaning was not spotless concerning wiping of... More

The hotel is in a great area to walk to restaurants, shops and the old Medina as well as to the numerous gardens around Marrakech. The rooms were well furnished, very clean and comfortable and the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the bar were great.

Was travelling to meet friend so booked a hotel next to where they would be staying so I just "dropped" on this place. It was fabulous, two restaurants, one tapas one traditional both a la carte and set menus. Staff were delightful. I was on my own so they made sure that I didn't feel that way. Only downside was... Last hotel at the end of an Intrepid tour of Spain Portugal and Morocco and I was relieved that finally we had a room that was large enough for two single mature aged women The room had a Moroccan decor two large single beds and velvet loungers and pillows, interesting There is a pool and dinning facilities and importantly a... Lots of Moroccan features which gave character to the hotel. Despite our room not opening due to the fault on the lock- this was politely and quickly dealt with. The breakfast in the hotel was pretty average. The fresh orange would have been great had it not been full or pulp. Shame! The food in the hotel restaurant however was... More
