Had read the previous reviews which were a mix ,but decided to try it out because of the price. The hotel lobby is beautiful but the service on arrival was not what you would expect in such a nice hotel. The room was fine but the furniture looked old. However, the room was clean and was a typical 4* room.... more

OH MY GOD it was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was very good. It had excellent facilities and the rooms were always spotless when the maids cleaned them. My Step-mother is staying there for two and a half months and so far she has enjoyed every minute of it. The pool was lovely and... more

Bedrooms may not have emergency lighting. During a short power cut, there was no evidence of emergency lighting in the rooms. Could be a problem at night if you have to find your way out of a unfamiliar room. Breakfast is slow, late, staff not aware of international visitor requirements, Sink and bath pop-up plugs in our room let out... more

The level of disservice in this would-be-5-star hotel was simply astonishing. The ladies at the reception were totally disinterested in their customers and their rooms were not ready for us until the late afternoon. In the evening we wanted to try their restaurant, alas, although it was prime time no waiter showed up (or would have been visible at all)... more

As hotel names go,"The Royal Mirage Deluxe" sounds as if it would be able to promise and delivery the very best of everything. However this is a moderatly priced hotel in a country that offers many diverse examples of lifestyle and it does fall slightly short of the mark, but only slightly. The hotel is without a doubt an oasis... more

Very nice looking hotel, but very poor service, THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. A grand reception area, morrocan in style, nice standard rooms, poor bathrooms ( the shower leaks ). The hotel seems quite even when full up, We were the only customers in the bar at any time over a 5 day stay, very poor service. 35... more

Hotel looks beutifull' But the service is terrible. The staff are completely useless and completely unacustomed to the needs and expectations of the modern traveller. facilities are very poor. The shower floods everytime you use it and nothing in the hotel rooms work properly. Warm fridge! All staff were totally unhelpfull. Only stay here if you are desperate. more

I'm afraid I have to agree with other reviews. I rated it "terrible" because too expensive for what you get. Can't use the shower as it floaded, room service .... nightmare ... .. late to bring breakfast and then "told us off " because we didn't wait. I don't understand arabic, but I thought staff were nice but useless. Beautifull... more
