From the welcome by Abdul, this riad couldn't be better. The building is tucked away along winding lanes close to the markets, but inside is an oasis of quiet. The riad has a family, 'our home is your home' feel to it. The staff couldn't be more helpful. It's well located for all the sights in central Marrakech (5 minutes... More

This is my second Riad in Marrakech and I was not disappointed. Four of us stayed there and the “feel” was perfect. The private little areas in front of each room are gem like and the roof patio is lovely. Special mention to Abdul as he was charming and helpful throughout and the whole staff was excellent and great adverts... More

Great location! Staff are amazingly hospitable and accommodating, gave us lots of tips and information in the local area. My friends had to travel back to Casablanca very early in the morning and they still managed to get them breakfast ready before they left! I didn't leave till late so even after I checked out, they offered to let me... More

The riad is perfectly located just a few minutes walking from the main square. Its straightfoward and you can't get lost. Rooms are very comfortable and the space on the roof is lovely. Staff is very helpful and provided important information. We didnt try the food - seemed pretty good but somewhat overpriced considering the options near the square. Would... More

What a find! We visited Marrakech late May 2014 and hired out the entire riad for a large group of us; family & friends. During the booking process Madi & her team were fantastic and very informative. Upon arriving in Marrakech we were picked up at the airport by transfers arranged through Madi which made things so simple. When we... More

Where to even begin?! Dar el Souk absolutely MADE my trip to Marrakech- it would not have been the same, had I stayed somewhere else. Madi and team emailed me the week before to arrange transport from the airport- much appreciated and inexpensive. As soon as we were dropped off, Abdul greeted us and walked us to the riad, showing... More

I travelled as part of a group of 4 women. Abdul, Yassine and the staff made us feel very welcome and helped us with transfers, trips and planning our time, without any pressure... Tui could learn a lot about customer service. The Riad is a safe, clean, calm and cool retreat. The plunge pool was a life saver for weary... More

After a 6 day trek we arrived in Marrakech dusty and tired and were guided to a back alley that ran parallel to a shopping street that led to the Main Square and it all looked a little dubious. However, we entered the Riad through a single door and were led into a quiet open court yard with a small... More

The roof terrace is gorgeous. Being served meals up there was a real treat. All the staff are lovely and sorted us out very helpfully. Abdul provided lots of useful advice. They served us a delicious supper on our first night. Breakfast was tasty too. Thoroughly recommended. Convenient for Bahia Palace and the main square, hence not far from the... More

Wow, your jaw just drops when you step inside this Riad. We were met, as promised, at the airport, driven straight into the old town where we were met by Abdul and the chariot handler, and led to Dar el Souk. It's absolutely beautiful and you are made very welcome by everyone who works there. All the staff are lovely... More
