I came to Marrakech to see something different and that's exactly what I got out there. Very interesting city that is an amazing place to decompress from the West to North Africa. Smack in the middle of the winding Medina streets, one finds Equity Point Marrakech hidden and busy. The location is perfect (near the famed Djemma El Fna) and... more

It is truly unfortunate that I have to write this review. The Equity Point staff is wonderful. The rooms are big, quiet, and clean. The breakfast is very nice. Overall, Equity Point is a great value. But, they have a serious bed bug problem, which nullifies all the positives about the hostel. When I returned from my stay, I broke... more

We have stayed at Equiy Point Marrakesh for 3 nights so far (have 2 more booked) and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The dorms are lovely; we were placed in a 4 person dorm, even though we booked for a six, which consisted of two sets of the most enormous bunks I've ever seen! They were very comfortable and all... more

I spent a few days there, from 30th Dec to 2nd Jan, and the location of the hostel is just perfect, less than 5 minutes on foot to the mail square. I booked their only double room and it was beautiful but since the weather got colder in the afternoons we had to contact the reception to make them turn... more

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. The architecture and furnishings are very authentically Moroccan. Breakfast and internet are included and its a really easy place to meet other people. Great location in the Old Town, right in the rabbit warren of market stalls surrounding Jeema El Fna. Its not easy to find when you first arrive so be... more

We stayed five nights at the amazing Amazigh, in the heart of the Medina. Above all, the staff were so friendly and helpful, very cheerful and willing to give any advice - particularly Houssain and Nadia, who cooked us a delicious meal, which we ate on the lovely roof terrace. It is initially quite difficult to find, but after a... more

Wonderfully decorated, great roof terrace, good place to meet fellow traveller. one of the best hostels i have stayed at, but not the cheapest in marrakech. you can book 2-3 day trip to the sahara and atlas mountains from the hostel. they are good value and a must see. Book the 8 person room. it's much nicer and its cheaper... more

Riad Amazigh was A-MAZ-ING! It's a bit hard to find, as everything in the old city is, but once you find it, it is like an oasis in the desert! It's a palace but the staff are so warm and welcoming that you feel like you're staying with friends (who live in a palace!). It was within walking distance of... more

We have just returned from Marrakech and stayed at Riad Amazigh which should be a 5 star riad/hotel. As to wired destinations website the riad should have cnn/pool/bathtub etc. We were offered daily breakfast which is just Morrocon pancake everyday for 6 nights with coffee and orange juice. When I told them that my husband would prefer just plain toast... more
