This Riad was so much more beautiful than I expected . The photos do not do it justice. We found always peaceful places to sit and doze ,very comfortable day beds on which to lounge. The riad is so clean the beds comfortable .most of the staff where very friendly especially Fourzanie that's not the correct spelling but he is... More

the riad is not in the heart of the medina, but not far away from it either. the best thing of being located where it is is that you are forced to explore away from the center of the medina. and even if it is located a little away from the center, it is a safe place to stay. the... More

Wow what a place to arrive at after walking through some small side streets guided by a local and going through a tiny door. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. We even had one get a sandal fixed in a few minutes for no money at all. Incredible service! The communal relaxation areas throughout and on the roof are... More

The Riad is a perfect hideaway at a very nice location in the middle of the narrow streets of the old centre / medina; very nice walk to the souks and the Jermaa el Fna place in only 15 minutes... When entering, you'll be submerged in a real authentic Moroccon athmosphere, with the typical lamps and carpets and mosaic tiles... More

I stayed at the Riad for 2 nights with a group of friends and would highly recommend it. The manager Muman and all other staff did their utmost to make us feel welcome and at home. Our rooms were all lovely and very clean, the breakfast delicious and we had the best sleep. The riad is about 20 minutes walk... More

A friend and I travelled to Marrakech on a 5 day day break in our uni holidays. We had booked with Riad Dar el Aila very easily in January-they were quick to respond to emails and booked us an airport pick up which was very helpful. Upon arriving in Marrakech the staff were extremely welcoming and took a lot of... More

This riad is great value for money. It is beautifully decorated and a short walk from the souks and main square. Staff at the riad really cannot do enough to help you and you feel like you are staying in a home as opposed to a hotel. I also found it very peaceful and have left after a week feeling... More

Through a maze of back alleys and streets you arrive at the imposing wooden door of the riad. We stepped inside to a beautiful tranquil courtyard with fountain and plunge pool. The wonderful aroma of orange blossom a most welcome scent. Our room was fantastic. The staff cannot do enough for you. Yasin took us to a government spice shop... More

Ive just returned from 5 days in Marrakech, and I'd happily recommend this Riad to anyone going! From start to finish, the staff made us feel like we were paying far more than €70 a night. You are taken on a quick tour of the Riad, and given mint tea whilst you wait for your bags to be taken to... More

A lovely Riad in a quiet location but close enough to walk to the Souks and square for the night market. The staff are friendly and can't do enough to make your stay the best it can be. the room was clean and traditional. There are various roof terraces to sit and relax and enjoy the sun and views. The... More
