Rooms clean and spacious. Furniture is a bit dated. Door staff friendly. Was promised a late checkout (had offered to pay extra) but when confirmed on the day it was declined. Hotel was not full. Sky bar/roof top bar was really nice. Reception staff could have been friendlier.

We had not made a res for our last night in Marrakech. After the riad we were staying in confirmed they were booked for our last night, we decided to go to the new city to spend our last night. Hivernage is a nice enough hotel, but based on the cost, not worth the spend. We booked a non smoking... More

Great location; lovely hotel and staff. Lovely room with balcony but no furniture on balcony, which was a shame. Disappointingly no indoor pool although this was advertised on their website. Also, no complimentary coffee in lobby as advertised on ebookers website. Don't book trips through them - same trips advertised in Medina for half the price. Despite all this, we... More

Great design, a mix between traditional Moroccan and modern hotel. Very well done. If you are not interested in staying in local riads, you can enjoy all amenities at walking distance while enjoying a luxury hotel. Gym is very complete with several Cardio machines (most of them mounted with their own tv) and sufficient weight lifting equipment. Spa staff will... More

Treatments in the spa were great and the bed rooms are great- spacious, well designed and clean with beds that are extremely comfortable. Good location as on the cusp of the old town and close to the new town too. However despite all the positives the one big negative is the attitude of the staff that work here, particularly at... Staff were nice but only a couple spoke very limited English. Rooms were dated but nice. We had nice spa treatments but the facilities were quite basic consisting of one steam room and the treatment rooms. There was no indoor pool which it showed on the website. There is an outdoor pool which only one small end gets the sun... More

A very convenient hotel in an excellent part of Marrakech, well run, well appointed rooms and, most of all, most welcoming and courteous staff. The girls on Reception couldn't have been more helpful and the doormen made us feel special. Rooms are very clean, some with wonderful views over the Atlas Mountains. Four star rooms rather than five.

The room we stayed in it was pretty very clean and moroccan style, the only problem with the room is that is extremely hot, the A/C was working but for some reason still hot, the sky bar is a modern bar with excellent service and drinks. it's the best to go up there after a long day of walking and... I'd love to give this property five stars, but I can't. Here is why: when I checked in during the afternoon, I noticed that the housekeeping staff were still hard at work. I hadn't expected a visit from them at 9:30pm, when I was getting ready to go to sleep. Towels aren't something I need that late in the evening.... More

For several days my girlfriend and I enjoyed the Hivernage Hotel amenities. A very warm and welcoming staff greeted us with cocktails as we checked into our room. We were escorted to a spacious dwelling with a beautiful balcony facing the Atlas Mountains. When we weren't haggling with rug dealers or spice keepers, we splurged on a visit to the... More
