I stayed here with my family for four days and found the service to be impeccable. No task was too big. Your wish is their command. Staff will go above and beyond to facilitate your every need. The hotel itself is exquisite and plush. There's a wide range of food and drinks on offer and so reasonably priced. The downstairs... More

My husband and I had booked a week at this hotel on a half board basis. Whilst the hotel itself is in the new part of Marrakech, it was slightly tired looking and not the four star standard we had expected. We were given a twin room with two double beds despite having requested a bedroom with a single double... More

Actually stayed twice, on the way to the Sahara and on the way back. Both times a found service slow and at times ponderous. Difficult to find any in the day or late evening. Food and drinks very expensive and staff at times acted as if they were being disturbed. But rooms and comfort levels fine. Food and coffee was... More

The rooms were a satisfactory size and cleaned daily but sparsely equipped...only 3 coat hangers!! 3 drawers and a small wardrobe, containing a locked safe for which there was no key. Tiny soap and shampoo sachets and no tea etc in the room. A very noisy fridge was provided..we had to switch it off at night to sleep. The balcony overlooked... More

Nice building good beds, nice pool and spa for traditional hammam treatments but the food is very average indeed. If it is a buffet there seems plenty of choice but you realise that there is nothing you like. Salads very bland. Croissants crisp and dry. When the season is low you only get two choices and it is very poor.... More

The two best things about the hotel were the lobby décor - it's really lovely - and the breakfast in the mornings. Apart from that, it was pretty unremarkable. The room was clean but a little tired-looking; the shampoo and soap were skimpy and not of the quality you generally find in hotels at comparable price points; the towels were... More

This hotel is well placed for all the interesting sites of Marrakesh,a taxi to the Plaza de Jmaa el Fnna costi g only 30 dirhams. Our rooms whilst not over spacious was adequate looked over the front and you could see the old walls of the Medina, which would be easily accessible on foot during the day.The hotel offered a good buffet... This hotel is in a great spot. 7 minute Walk to the Medina and other great attractions. The hotel itself needs updating. The food was plentiful and good. Service always pleasant. Pool clean. Rooms cleaned daily
