Stayed at this hotel for my 1st time in Marrakech. It was a lovely hotel. Very close to the airport and very close to the medina. Its about 15/20 mins walk depending how quick you walk. But tbh you wouldn’t want to stay in the medina. Taxis are very cheap if you cant be bothered to walk. I had no... More

We stayed here before and after a trek out to the desert and were pleased with the quality of room and service. The hotel was well located for a walk to the Medina and easy to find your way there and back. The rooms were simple, but clean and had good showers. The first stay we were kept awake by... More

We have just come back from 4 nights in this hotel. On the plus side its a straightforward 15 min walk to the main square on a road which is easy to cross (unlike most of the other wide roads... follow a local as zebra crossings obviously have different rules here) great inexpensive massage and an extremely friendly and helpful... This place makes Fawlty Towers looks like The Four Seasons. Good location for the marathon. Every time we tried to fix a number of problems at reception we had to wait long periods of time. It always seems as a burden on the staff.

For a four star hotel, I expect more. For example the shower did not work properly. Sometimes it could not cope with the water pressure and would not switch to shower mode then you stand there and cannot wash off the soap. Also apparently the towels were old and tatty said our fellow travellers. We left 10 Dirham for the... More

We had a brilliant trip to this hotel from the UK and thoroughly enjoyed our week in Marrakech. Make sure you stick to the bottled water though !! The staff were great and very welcoming, but the the food options in the hotel restaurants were a bit limitted for younger family memebers.

Travelled here in October (my husband and I with 2 friends) the staff at reception were very helpful and kind and had no issues at all checking in or out. The pool area was incredibly clean though the wait times for food at the pool bar was quite long (45 minutes) with the staffs' manner being a bit less helpful... More

I stayed here with my family for four days and found the service to be impeccable. No task was too big. Your wish is their command. Staff will go above and beyond to facilitate your every need. The hotel itself is exquisite and plush. There's a wide range of food and drinks on offer and so reasonably priced. The downstairs... More
