After booking a 9 night stay at Hotel El Andalous I was unsure what to expect as I felt I got a good deal on the price. As it turned out El Andalous was a very large hotel with good room facilities, was very clean and the staff were friendly. It is also only a 20 minute drive from the... More

Was a bit concerned after reading the reviews but found the hotel to be lovely. Room was big, shabby chic and had an awesome view over the pool. Free safe and fridge in room and wifi worked everywhere. Staff helpful and polite even during Ramadan and 40 degree heat. Hotel pool was very quiet so felt quite exclusive. Breakfast was... More

Last year i arrived to Marrakech and it was raining at night, I caught taxi to This Hotel, I asked about an available room the first answer from the receptionist was : Are you alone ?? I wonder why ! Room wasent that bad, but the breakfast in the morning was the worst, you ask for something, they say ok... More

The public areas of the hotel were beautiful, and the staff was generally helpful. The meals were the worst I had in the 17 days I was in Morocco. I tried to chew the lamb and failed. The room was smallish and had dirt and dust in the corners. The AC worked seemingly at its own whim. When I arrived,... More

I was on a group tour so I do not know what they charge. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. There was a problem with the shower and sink initially but it was quickly fixed. We were in room 414 and it was noisy so if you are a light sleeper this hotel might not be right for you.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in mid Feb and it was all great. Particularly for the price. Good location, close enough to walk to all main attractions. The people that say otherwise are lazy, elderly or with young kids. Also we found a beautiful stray kitten alone in a very busy street (close to the hotel),... More

Stay at the El Andalous for the location and vincinity to the central sights and the airport. Do NOT expect service from any staff members except Tarik in the restaurant and the pool attendant. The pool area is decent and kids love it. We dare you! Go and place an order at the pool bar and just watch - You... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in April 2014 as part of an OAT trip to Morocco. Hotel is a hot walk to the main square, so suggest one take a 3 person taxi (30 Dirhams/less than $4 for one-way) to the main square. Buffet dinner was excellent with large variety of items. Our room #205 looked out on the street,... More

Stayed here as part of an organised group tour before and after a charity trek through the Sahara. We arrived very late on a Sunday night and had to go straight into dinner. This was to be in the La Casa restaurant in the hotel basement. It was a buffet arrangement and although some of my party didn't like it,... More
