For a four star hotel, I expect more. For example the shower did not work properly. Sometimes it could not cope with the water pressure and would not switch to shower mode then you stand there and cannot wash off the soap. Also apparently the towels were old and tatty said our fellow travellers. We left 10 Dirham for the... More

We had a brilliant trip to this hotel from the UK and thoroughly enjoyed our week in Marrakech. Make sure you stick to the bottled water though !! The staff were great and very welcoming, but the the food options in the hotel restaurants were a bit limitted for younger family memebers.

Travelled here in October (my husband and I with 2 friends) the staff at reception were very helpful and kind and had no issues at all checking in or out. The pool area was incredibly clean though the wait times for food at the pool bar was quite long (45 minutes) with the staffs' manner being a bit less helpful... More

I stayed here with my family for four days and found the service to be impeccable. No task was too big. Your wish is their command. Staff will go above and beyond to facilitate your every need. The hotel itself is exquisite and plush. There's a wide range of food and drinks on offer and so reasonably priced. The downstairs... More

My husband and I had booked a week at this hotel on a half board basis. Whilst the hotel itself is in the new part of Marrakech, it was slightly tired looking and not the four star standard we had expected. We were given a twin room with two double beds despite having requested a bedroom with a single double... More

Actually stayed twice, on the way to the Sahara and on the way back. Both times a found service slow and at times ponderous. Difficult to find any in the day or late evening. Food and drinks very expensive and staff at times acted as if they were being disturbed. But rooms and comfort levels fine. Food and coffee was... More

The rooms were a satisfactory size and cleaned daily but sparsely equipped...only 3 coat hangers!! 3 drawers and a small wardrobe, containing a locked safe for which there was no key. Tiny soap and shampoo sachets and no tea etc in the room. A very noisy fridge was provided..we had to switch it off at night to sleep. The balcony overlooked... More

Nice building good beds, nice pool and spa for traditional hammam treatments but the food is very average indeed. If it is a buffet there seems plenty of choice but you realise that there is nothing you like. Salads very bland. Croissants crisp and dry. When the season is low you only get two choices and it is very poor.... More

staffs are very lovely, breakfast was very good but everyday is same, it should be variable sometimes, room is good size clean but Wifi is not working properly in the whole hotel, female receptionist was great and very helpful but other male receptionists are very arrogant. the best thing about this hotel is cabaret, it has every night entertainment and...
