This may of been a nice Hotel when first opened. However, now you will find it in great need of repair. The swimming pool should be closed as it is not safe to swim in the water due to algi and no filtration system. The poolside furniture is rusty and unstable. The female staff are friendly and helpful. The male... More

Reading most of the reviews we thought what have we let ourselves in for?? Well, from the minute we entered this hotel, it was really nice, genuinely kind, caring and beautiful people. Someone came to help us with our luggage and took us to our rooms, and he did not wait around for a tip, showed us everything and said... More

After booking a 9 night stay at Hotel El Andalous I was unsure what to expect as I felt I got a good deal on the price. As it turned out El Andalous was a very large hotel with good room facilities, was very clean and the staff were friendly. It is also only a 20 minute drive from the... More

Was a bit concerned after reading the reviews but found the hotel to be lovely. Room was big, shabby chic and had an awesome view over the pool. Free safe and fridge in room and wifi worked everywhere. Staff helpful and polite even during Ramadan and 40 degree heat. Hotel pool was very quiet so felt quite exclusive. Breakfast was... More

The public areas of the hotel were beautiful, and the staff was generally helpful. The meals were the worst I had in the 17 days I was in Morocco. I tried to chew the lamb and failed. The room was smallish and had dirt and dust in the corners. The AC worked seemingly at its own whim. When I arrived,... More

I was on a group tour so I do not know what they charge. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. There was a problem with the shower and sink initially but it was quickly fixed. We were in room 414 and it was noisy so if you are a light sleeper this hotel might not be right for you.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in mid Feb and it was all great. Particularly for the price. Good location, close enough to walk to all main attractions. The people that say otherwise are lazy, elderly or with young kids. Also we found a beautiful stray kitten alone in a very busy street (close to the hotel),... More
