A stunning Riad with an unrivalled welcome from the French family who have owned the place for many years - originally as a holiday home. A smaller Riad than many but with a sumptuous garden. We were lucky enough to have the pair of rooms with their own terrace overlooking the garden. An amazing set up. Food was also the... More

We found this place on-line and we were impressed by the reviews. I can safely say that it exceeded our expectations in every way. I visited with my wife and daughters 16 and 14. The Riad is exceedingly well situated in the centre of marrakech but once you step through it's gate it is like entering into another world. It... More

A special place to stay, an oasis in the Medina with gardens and a pool. Lovely hosts and staff who looked after us very well. A million miles away from a chain hotel. The food was great when we ate in, breakfasts were delicious and plentiful.

As you approach this Riad down a narrow, dark, scruffy alley, you have no idea what to expect. The large doors at the end open on to a different world, a lovely private quiet garden, reputedly the largest Riad garden in the medina. It's very well located, within 10 minutes walk of the main square, and is a good base... More

We have just returned from a fantastic break. This Riad was a wonderful place to relax, helpful staff, attentive owner who really could not do enough for us. We eat in a couple of nights, and the food was a delight. The peaceful and tranquil setting is in total contrast to the vibrancy, of the city centre. We would recommend... More

The streets of Marrakech are a fascinating assault on the senses: the noise, the crowd, the dirt, the colors, the heat. What you need after a day in Marrakech is this: a large garden (with a family of tortoises), a good size swimming pool, outstanding staff, characterful rooms, a peaceful patio, fantastic food and refreshing mint tea. And all within... More

This is our favorite holiday place and I tell you we are frequent travellers. Great authentic kitchen, you wil not get a better tajine than the one from Fatima in marrakesch. It's just like being at home, amazing owner and staff. The garden and the pool are just the best place to seat, trink moroccon tee and read a book.... More

Many Riad advertise with this a title, but this is really true for Riad El Arsat. With its incredible garden and swimming pool, once you enter through the door you can really relax after a long day walking the souks and the Medina. Just a short walk from the Djemaa el Fnaa, the location is unbeatable and if you rent... More

If you go to Marrakesh you should stay at Riad El Arsat. It is a beautiful small palace in the medina. The streets outside are busy but inside the portal of Riad El Arsat there is air, calm, a beautiful garden and an inviting swimming pool. The rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good as everything else that... More

I think this is now my favourite hotel. Only eight rooms share the largest private garden in the Marrakech medina (it's so big you can easily spot it on Google satellite maps!). On two sides of the garden are arranged sympathetically-restored elegant and comfortable rooms, hammam, jacuzzi, pool, large colonnaded salon, roof terrace etc. The garden itself is dense, bird-filled...
