Riad 72 is a nice B&B inside the Medina of Marrakech. Like all other Riads, the location is a little difficult to get to, at least initially. Hence they send a car to pick you up at the airport. But, once you enter the Riad, it is an oasis of beauty and peace. The staff members, led by Stefania, are... More

During our trip in Morocco, we stayed in some nice places for low prices. While in Marrakech, however, we decided to spend a bit more and stay at Riad 72 - and we didn't regret it for a second! Riad 72 is perfect. The location is close enough to walk to anything you want to get to but far enough... More

When I decided to book a room in a riad. I looked them up on the internet and I saw all the riad's where the same. Then I came across the Riad 72 patio. It has a very big patio with palm trees alongside banana trees and a monumental fountain in the center. I felt like a king in my... More

My partner and I (gay couple) stayed at Riad 72 for 3 nights and loved it. Our room was gorgeous, the daily breakfast and tea were delicious, and the staff very welcoming and helpful. We were picked up promptly from the airport and made to feel like we were enjoying our own private paradise. Would highly recommend

We arrived down the alley and walked in the door to heaven. Our cases vanished to our rooms (thanks Aziz!) and we sat under the banana tree in the courtyard where our hands were washed with warm water poured over from a brass jar over a basin before we were given mint tea to relax us. We then got a... More

We had booked to stay at their sister Riad. Due to some problems with the booking, the Riad could not accommodate us in our booked room. They arranged us to stay at the Karma Suite, easily the most beautiful rooms we ever stayed. The service was very good through out. Selecting our own soap at the start was a fabulous... More

Yes it really is a haven in the bustle of a crazy city. Helpful and kind staff look after you well in French if not English. It's not a hotel really - much more like someone's house, so don't expect telly or a lot of info about what happens when (cooks night off for example!) and the stairs up to... More
