We stayed in this Riad for 4 nights in mid-December. The room was properly heated and hot water was available. There is a free Hammam included that is recommended. Breakfast was basic for me but OK. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The architecture and design of the rooms and outside was magnificent. Waking up and seeing beautiful ceiling and... More

It is a very traditional basic hotel. It is very near to the market square.I visited in the first week of December, weather was reasonable,it is there winter so it gets cold morning and evening. It is a Muslim country so alcohol is not available in and around the old city.Hotel was very quiet most of the day , except during the prayer... We stayed at the Mimouna for a family reunion in October 2014. We were all coming from different parts of the world, including France, Switzerland, California and Japan. We spent between a week there and we had the riad for ourselves for most of our stay. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and accommodating (a particular thank... More

We stayed here in November 2014 and it matched our requirements perfectly. The road is tucked away (as they all are) - request a taxi pick up from the airport - it's very reasonable and Omar, the taxi driver used by the riad is a lovely old chap and can drop you at the door of the riad. We also... More

If you really want to experience Marrakesh, you really need to stay in a Riad. This is one of the cheaper Riads and for its price it's definitely worth what you get. Nestled in between a residential area and a stones throw away from the medina, inside it is offers the intricate details of beautiful Moroccan deisgn. Being located in... More

This Riad is lovely, it's very pretty, in a great location and with very lovely and helpful staff. The room was a really decent size, and very nice. The location is great, inside the city walls, but not really close to the main square, but still close enough to hear the drums in the distance. Breakfast was served on the... More

As I was travelling to Morocco for the first time, I was a bit unsure of what kind of accomodation (in Marrakech) would be the best option (and location) for me to stay for a week - specially, as I was also travelling alone.. Riad Dar Mimouna came across by chance and after a quick look at the pictures on... More

Booked this on the basis of the reviews across various websites and was not disappointed. I had ordered a taxi (150DH) to meet us at the airport and walk us to the Riad because we arrived in the early evening and I didn’t feel confident of finding the place in the dark and after travelling all day. It is located... More

This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a traditional Moroccan riad. The location is just within the medina and you will likely need some of the local kids to help you get there the first time. Don't worry, they will see you with your luggage and come flocking to help. Have some small bills to... More

Flew back 2 days ago from staying here. There are so many accommodation choices in Marrakesh that it is difficult to know where to start. I looked up so many and in the end chose Riad Dar Mimouna and i'm so so happy i did :) The Riad was very helpful booking transfers to/from the airport (even at 3am!), variable... More
