I have travelled two times in Morocco and Jnane Mogador is by far my best hotel experience in this country. Spotlessly clean, great location, beautifully decorated rooms. Many other riads in Morocco might look on photos as beautiful as Jnane Mogador, but in reality they are not always so clean or comfortable. We stayed three nights at Jnane Mogador in... More

We stayed here twice, for 4 days at the start of our holiday and for another 2 days when we returned to Marrakech from Essaouira. The Riad is centrally located and easy to find, myself and my boyfriend arrived late in the evening to the main square (which is a daunting experience for the first time)! but within a few... More

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The charm of a riad was largely overshadowed by the dingy, stuffy room absent for any amenities with the exception of an inadequate fan. It was a hot, tiny room with a pitiful bathroom. I couldn't believe it when we arrived and found this place to be what it was. I am sure any traveler... More

when you arrive in Marrakesh after 3 hours on a plane, feeling like a sardine recently liberated..it is great to find the hotel you booked online is as you'd hoped. Friendly, beautiful and in a prime location, all at a good price! That is the Jnane Mog for you. We enjoyed our stay here very much, the hotel even has... More

This was the first place we stayed in Morocco and it was a lovely start. The riad was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful too. There was a quiet and sunny roof terrace which was nice to sit and have breakfast on. The location was the best bit especially if you have never been to Marrakech before because... More

Stayed for 6 nights between first a double, and then the suit, both were fantastic accommodation of a high standard for the price with the suit being a touch of luxury and a little heaven from the chaos of the souks. Being so close to the Fna, you can dip in and out of the old city very easily, and... More

I booked the room via internet, and I was asked to give a CC number in order to charge it with one night deposit. I did so and expected a promt confirmation but did not get any for a while. I was a little nervous about it but 2-3 days later they confirmed the room. Everything was OK with it,... More

I think this is one of the new breed of Riad's that have sprung up across Marrakech over the past decade as it certainly wasn't there on my first visit to the city back in 1997. It's hard to tell though as the central courtyard has a very traditional feel with some beautiful detailing. Also on the postive side are... More

Great hotel, would definitely recommend this hotel and would return any day! Fantastic rooftop breakfast, reception area was a beautiful entrance with the mosaic courtyard in the centre of the hotel! I would defiantly recommend you think about going for a traditional hammam bath that is at your convenience right below reception in the hotel! I did this with my... More

My friend and I stayed at the Jnane Mogador for three nights during our first trip to Medina and had a fantastic experience. We were initially a bit nervous as two American girls but found wonderful guidance and comfort from the hotel and staff. Our first day there we made a fast friend in a member of the hotel team,...
