The hotel looks nice, but that's basically the only positive aspect. It's noisy, the rooms are small and the staff is unfriendly. There is a lot noise in the hallway during the night, and you have little privacy. I would not recommend going there as a couple. To give an example of the unfriendly staff: We booked the hotel including... More

This Riad has the most welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful but the bathrooms are a little basic. The breakfast is lovely and the massages downstairs in the spa was fabulous. The building echoes so if you have loud neighbors, you can definitely hear them which is a bit of a downfall.Overall great place with great people and... More

This riad is absolutely gorgeous, clean, incredibly comfortable and has the most delightful staff imaginable. It has a stunning rooftop where you can seemingly have breakfast at any time and the staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. If I could move in, I would. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect.

In October we spent a couple of days in your wonderful hotel with members of the Hungarian Interline Club. I just want to say thanks for the warm reception, the nice rooms, the exemplary cleaning, the great food, the hearty serving, and the exeptional recetion services. I want to say special thanks to Ms. Hafida for the help they provided... More

Excellent service with frendly and efficient staff who went above & beyond to make stay enjoyable. The rooms were neat and the environment relaxed. The Riad is located a stone throw from the main Marrakech Medina and easy to navigate to all areas of Marrakech from there. The location is super convienent and easy to find.

This was my 6th visit to wonderful Marrakech. Jnane Mogador is simply the best place I have stayed in the Medina. It was so easy to find, meaning we could get the bus from the airport negating the need for overpriced transfers. The Riad itself was lovely, ok the room was a bit compact but the beds were really comfy,... More

Very small rooms, ok service. Great location. Terrible spa. Breakfast was tasty but took forever to arrive. There were lots of used breakfast plates and glasses on all the tables and so I ate my breakfast with a huge swarm of bees. Rooftop terrace had no lounge furniture, only tables and chairs so wasn't a space to 'chill out'. Overall... More

Nice little riad very close to Jemaa el Fna. Spent 3 nights. Only tried the breakfast one time but it was good. Didn't spend so much time at the riad itself, basically only slept there. Bring earplugs because it might get noisy outside, but that is part of the charm.

We've had a blast: Easy reservation procedure. Nice people. Sweet room. Excellent Food. To put it into one sentence: A rich breakfast at the roof terrace of this marrakechian oasis while the first rays of sunshine immerse the tip of the mosques is just what you want before letting yourself get lost in the vibrating alleys of this spicy city...
