Had adays journey by road from a week walking in the desert. Marrakech was mad, people, cars everywhere. Followed our Berber guide through the alleyways and motor bikes narrowly colliding with us to a rather cool hotel, peaceful and clean. Shared room with 2 friends very adequate with clean, toilet and shower and big towels! loved it only there one... More

Very pretty hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights, 1st floor room. Lovely friendly staff, good value breakfast payable at the time. We had a Berber hamam which was great. Tasty food in a great location, once in the room we didn't hear the craziness of the Medina or square nearby. Compact rooms but then we were only really sleeping... More

The staff at this Riad were lovely and very friendly, our room was pretty and comfortable. we would definitely stay here again . If you have a problem with medina drain smell we found damp loo roll wodged over the drain in the shower helped immensely. . If you have a problem with street noise - there was only one... More

I definitely would not say that I did not enjoy my stay at Jnane Mogador. The Riad is very unique and picturesque, our room had everything we needed, was affordable and wasn't cold in the winter. The breakfast is only okay, expensive by comparison to other places (only talking by 15dhm though) and is not included you need to pay... More

We have just got back from Marrakech and we really enjoyed staying at Jnane Mogador (partner, nine-year-old daughter, assorted family and friends, and me). Good points: lovely building, beautifully decorated, great terrace for tasty breakfast, and friendly and helpful people. Not so good: one of our rooms suffered from street noise (pack ear plugs) and another suffered from Medina drain... More

We stayed here for two nights and right from the beginning we noticed that they were too eager for money. They wanted us to pay right away and, because they insisted, we said that we'd pay only for the first night. They gave us a room on the ground floor, by the reception and therefore, very noisy. It was also... More

I was only going to stay three nights, but extended my stay to 8 nights as I felt comfortable there and the price and location was right. All the staff are very helpful and really looked after me. They booked several tours which were cheaper than if you organised yourself. I was a me to l Pay by credit card... More

Stayed for 2 nights at start of our trip. The riad arranged a taxi transfer from the airport, which was worth the money as we landed at gone 11pm and didn't want to spend ages looking for the way riad. The room was compact, but perfectly OK. The shower was good. The only issue is that the courtyard produces a... More

The best thing about this riad is the location. It is right smack in the middle of the medina and is only around 5 minutes from the Jmaa El Fna. The riad itself has a very authentic feel - just as you would expect based on movies. It is small, and due to this, noise from people chatting outside their... More
