We, myself, my wife & two teenage children, stayed in the Grand Suite of the Dar Hanane for three nights (booked through Laterooms) from 10th December 2009. The room was large enough for all four of us to live comfortably, which is saying something with teenage boys!! The riad was immaculately clean and was the most delightful place to come... more

We loved it here. The views from the terrrace were fantastic and we wished that we were able to have stayed longer. The interior was beautiful and traditional. The service provided was exceptional. We were fortunate to be able to dine with the owners Stuart and Nikki who both gave many suggestions to make our weekend complete. Ask for suggestions... more

Early December - weather warm during the day cool evenings easy to sleep. Small and intimate Riad, every member of the staff was only concerned with your comfort. Lovely Morrocan style local textiles and lighting, full of charm. Immaculate and great bedrooms bathrooms and beds - slept wonderfully. Breakfast on the roof until 11am nothing felt rushed. Dinner at the... more

This riad has a great location and wonderful views from the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed a very memorable and delicious dinner, prepared for us by staff who couldn't do enough for us, in a beautiful room with an open fireplace - incredible! The perfect place to enjoy the excitement of Marrekesh. more

Luxurious riad in the heart of the medina. Perfect service and hospitality. One one evening decided to have dinner at the riad and the food was excellent. We had dinner by the fireplace in the dinning room which was very pleasant on a cool evening. Would highly recommend to anyone. more

Our trip was for 3 nights arriving on Sunday midday. Highly recommend a hammam massage once you have unpacked and settled, perfect way to relax. The owners and their manager Christian could not have been more helpful and hospitable, with maps, advice, recommended restaurants and various day trips. The rooms were all very clean, inviting and nicely decorated in traditional... more

This was my third visit to the city and have to say staying with this company was so easy. They looked after us beautifully, nothing was too much trouble, English speaking and very willing staff. Even ventured in to the souk on our own, safe in the knowledge that we could be rescued if necessary ! Food 'in-house' was far... more

Not nearly a long enough stay here. The hospitality was great and the food delicious. Although in a very bustling part of the city, once inside it is a haven of peace and calm and there is a fabulous courtyard and roof terrance. The staff are unobtrusive and efficient and the owners go to enormous lengths to make your stay... more
