Beautiful on the outside but pretty much a wreck on the inside. The lobby looks impressive and gives you the impression that you're getting your money's worth. Our room was OK but WIFI is not working. (Another family that travelled with us weren't so lucky. A/C not working amongst other things.) Everyone just hangs around at the lounge to go... More

We arrived at the hotel just before midnight. The entrance was amazing as expected. We were then shown to our room. As we walked down the corridor, I began to dread the room as the doors looked very old something from the 1950's which had a card lock fitted to it. As soon as we got to our room the... More

I travelled with a party of 6, which included mother and my elderly grandmother. We arrived at the hotel pretty tired after a long journey but had to wait for our rooms for 30mins. Which was not a problem. When we finally had access to the rooms they had not been cleaned and reeked of cigarettes and alcohol. We reported... More

We adjusted to the lack of air conditioning that is typical for hotel lobbies. The various seating areas gave the hotel an exotic feel. The restaurant service was HORRIBLE! After practically having to beg for the soda and salads - they forgot to bring the lunch course (35/49min). The chicken was lukewarm when it finally was served :-(. The clothing... More

Great swimming pool! lovely staff very helpful and friendly! The buffet for breakfast is ok! need more selection for children. Dinner is not always good, must keep standards up everyday! try to offer meat? no meat on 5 days. Also more moroccan food, forget international food, as it was not tasty. Great moroccan chef! Buffet needs to be full, and... More

This hotel is situated in a good location in the walking distance from the old and new part of Marrakech's main locations; however the taxi's are quite cheap so it's easier to get one of those. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are helpful. There are signs of wear and tear such as damp spots, cracks and... More

My boyfriend and I visited for 10 nights at the end of May, beginning of June. The room was big with a comfy bed and a large shower however we couldn't get the air con to work until our 8th night and when we did it dripped water from the ceiling but we found we didn't need the air con... More

We stayed here as part of a tour, and again were pleased with the room. The outdoor bar, near the pool was showing the final match in the European Cup, so we went out there to watch it with the other passionate fans. Ordered a veggie pizza to snack on, it was fresh and reasonable. Totally enjoyed our stay. It... More

Firstly, the staff is quite lovely but I'm afraid that inter-hotel communication is NOT their forte. We arrived late afternoon and had a lovely room overlooking the pools. The reception area, the dining room, and the breakfast areas were quite impressive. However, it was 37 degrees C in our room and the porter couldn't get the "ventilation"to work. He said... More

Good things: Clean hotel with an ok breakfast. Location fine. Nice pool area and balconies. Bad things: Wifi doesn't work. A/C doesn't work. Staff speaks English poorly and is not very friendly. If you need to visit a convenience store, just turn right from the main entrance of the hotel and walk along the boulevard. Turn the first left -... More
