Hotel is lovely looking and very clean. (The cleaning ladies were lovely.) TV, fridge and air con good. Also in walking distance...1/2 hour...to the Medina (and just 10 mins to McDonald's). Food...buffet was edible but same thing day after day. I just thank god we were not fully inclusive as I think we would have gone mad eating the same... More

We travelled as a group of 4 ladies, interested in the sun, relaxing and the hammams. Check in - very efficient nice warm welcome for everyone. Room - surprisingly big, clean and had great air conditioning. We had rooms overlooking the pool, and neighbouring building site. Pool -absolutely freezing. We travelled in February but it was early 30s and the... More

We booked a room overlooking the pool which we got on the top floor. The air-con was much appreciated and was very efficient and quiet, couldn't have done without it with temperatures in the 40s during the day. We removed the extremely thick blankets and quilts for the duration, really not needed. Room and bathroom was basic and just acceptably... More

Have just returned from a one week stay at the Diwani Hotel & Spa with my two 20 year old daughters. When we arrived, had to wait an hour for our room but that was ok as we arrived at 11am. Front of house/reception staff were charming and helpful. We stayed in room 120 overlooking the pool. Good size room... More

Arrived late at night and checked in with no problems and off I went to room 514. Very large room for just me with a balcony looking down onto the court yard area, fantastic AC and large bathroom though the shower wasn't that brilliant (one of the few times I've got back from a trip and realised that my is... The Diwane is a very nice hotel not 4 star but very friendly. We paid for full board which was good but the food served at lunch would be served again in the evening looking a little different. We had trouble with are AirCon unit in are room at 10.00 pm and the maintenance man was there in 10 minutes good... Diwane Hotel provides a good level of accommodation for the money, and it has the benefit of a 'riad' style pool area which gets you away from the hustle & bustle of the Marrakech streets. Hotel was clean but basic, with a really nice pool area, and the restaurant food was decent quality but limited. Lots of salads (and stir... More

We have just got back from a 5 night/6 day stay at Hotel Diwane, and what a amazing time we had! Every single member of staff was delightful; they were polite, courteous and bent over backwards to ensure we were happy. The hotel was very clean; housekeepers were out from the crack of dawn washing down the pool area, terraces,... More

On arrival staff booked us in very quickly explaining that restaurant was still open for dinner. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. Dinner was a bit dried up as we were later than most guests. Breakfast buffet was amazing and lunch good too. The pool area was cleaned every day but loungers and cushions hadn't seen soap and water... More

This is a lovely hotel and great value for money. The breakfasts good but evening buffet very repetitive. Hotel spotlessly clean. Nice pool area. Shame the clientele like to have their I phones blaring, dive bombing competitions and towels on sunbeds from a ridiculous hour of the morning. This should not distract from this review. A good honest hotel.
