I thought this hotel was brilliant value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast and supper was good and you could have as much as you like. The only place I could see needed updating was the bathrooms but the showers were good and we had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Our beds were quite... More

I personally wouldn't give it 4 stars but it wasn't that bad, it is a little dated and could do with a freshen up throughout, but as it was part of a GroupOn deal the cost was pretty low and I wasn't expecting the Ritz, the food was ok but the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby

The Hotel in up and coming area, and the distance to the main square is tedious and tiring when walking..nevertheless it could be pleasant on a nice and sunny day, public Transport from Airport to Hotel is No. 19 at 30 Dirham. Bus services from from Locality to Medina ..Bus Service 1 and 16 at 2 Dirham. Rooms over looking... More

Booked this as part of a Groupon deal as it was advertised as a 4*. I usually take little notice of bad reviews as 90% of the time I have found them to be incorrect and exaggerated. I do wish I had listened this time though! The outside of the building is beautiful but once inside the lobby the sofas... More

Breakfast was absolutely poor, the options were VERY limited with same items served every day. WiFi is available but only in at the main lobby, not in rooms or the restaurant area which absurd for a 4 star rated hotel. The bed sheets are like paper, so are some of the face/body towels in the room. Very uncomfortable to sleep... More

Just returned from 4 nights at the Diwane - would recommend the hotel and its very friendly staff. Recommend the spa - had the VIP massage and loved it. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold dishes. Rooms were clean, nice big bed, fridge and ours had nice balcony. Staff put lovely bowl of fruit in our room... More

Good food, nice hotel, great value for money. Staff really friendly and helpful. Marrakesh is a safe place to wonder round and really interesting but beware of the con merchants-don't go anywhere if someone in the street suggests it! We fell for it on our first day as we were unsure of our bearings and ended up buying goods we... More

This moroccan style hotel was excellent value for money. Rooms and towels were cleaned/changed daily, varied moroccan menu for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend the crepes! Friendly, helpful reception staff. Safe was 20 dirhams per night, and local tax payable on departure was about 17 dirhams per person per night. Walk to souk was around 30 mins. Only disappointing feature... More

I have just come back from five days at this hotel with my mother. The staff could have been more helpful and kind- she has serious mobility problems. Anything we wanted they did their best to oblige eg.moving rooms although we decided to stay with the one we had. The food was nice, a big thank you to the Head... More

Recently stayed here for a week. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and housekeeping staff were excellent - despite having no English. I didn't find the reception staff helpful at all - spoke very little English and a couple of times when I asked for directions, they couldn't help me. On one occasion I was looking for a Tripadvisor recommended... More
