I would say the rating is between average/very good. Peter was very helpful before we arrived with some good advice. However, on a few mornings there was no one around to ask questions which was unfortunate. It could have just been bad timing. The riad was nicely decorated as was our room. But it was quite cold at night and... More

The rooms at Maison Mnabha have heating! I was startled to read a complaint about a lack of heating. The bedrooms at Maison Mnabha have a wall heating unit of a type that is often found in European and Moroccan hotels: it's an independently regulated alternative to central heating. The occupants of the room can turn the heating on and... More

We came here during the low season, so it was only my wife and I in the Riad. The Riad is crazy beautiful. The rooms and "lobby" are carefully curated and in many places, beautifully preserved 17th century features. Definitely the favorite place we stayed in Morocco. The Riad is located a short walk away from the crazyness of marrakech,... More

My husband and I got engage on the rooftop terrace. Peter was a delightful host and a wonderful cook. He made our stay special and was exceptionally helpful when we were confronting lost luggage issues.

A wonderful , pleasurable place to stay. Good location, very comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfast and evening meal available if you want. Peter is a top guy and very helpful, particularly useful when staying in Marrakesh. My husband & I stayed here back in March 2014 so a bit late with a review. I found the animal suffering in Marrakesh very... More

Fantastic little Riad, away from the busy part of the old town yet still an easy walk to main attractions. Continental breakfast was excellent. The room we had was tastefully decorated and exceptionally quite. Mini bar had plenty of choice of fine wines and beers. Good internet and no TV. Hospitality was great, host Peter arranged our transfer from the... More

Just the place you need to escape the hustle of Marrakesh, peace and quiet as soon as the door closes behind you. Excellent staff, owners very polite and friendly with good up to date knowledge on new places in town. Room was a great size (we also had mountain gear with us so need the space for large kit bags)... More

Terrific little Riad. Loved it here and would return in a heartbeat. The service from all staff was polite, calm, unobtrusive and efficient. Each morning we were able to sit on the pretty terrace and eat a lovely breakfast. Fresh fruit, croissants and fresh orange juice. Just what we needed after a wet winter in the UK. We were lucky... Hidden in the back streets this is a really good hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Our room was bigger than expected and very clean, with all mod cons and a well stocked fridge (reasonable prices for drinks). Our room overlooked the courtyard - all very peaceful. Good view from the roof top and we had breakfast up... More

Great location with lovely hospitality in a peaceful setting. We started each day with a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace before venturing into the busy streets. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings, after fabulous 3-course dinners, in this gorgeous riad. (Would love to have the recipes!) I highly recommend Maison Mnabha.

Wonderful find. We are a family of 5, three teenagers, and just spent 2 fabulous nights at Maison Mnabha. I can't recommend it highly enough and just hope I get back there before too long. Peter and Aziz made us feel completely comfortable and at ease and we loved being able to relax on the roof terrace and in the... More
