After reading the many highly complimentary reviews on this site, I had high expectations for our stay at Riad Kniza. These were met and surpassed from the minute we were collected from the airport, to the time we sadly left. Situated in an ideal part of The Medina, the service, decor and hospitality were superb and you were instantly made... More

We stayed two nights at the Riad Kniza in July - not the best time of the year for Marrakech as temperatures soared to 45 degrees C but the Riad provided a wonderful oasis of calm to hide away from the madness of the city. From the first email to Riad Kniza, Kamal and his team were quick and helpful... More

Before my wife and I even left the United States for Morocco, we already knew that there was something special about Riad Kniza. My e-mails were answered promptly, reservations for restaurants (and the subsequent changes when we changed our minds) were made easily, and the attitude of the staff was always helpful. When we arrived in Marrakesh, they had arranged... More

Riad Kniza is literally just what the doctor ordered. I had seen the pictures on the internet and read the reviews and so was a little curious. Could this Riad be as good as people had raved about? In fact it was more. Kamal the manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and curtious and we found all of his staff very... More

We thoroughly loved our three nights at the Riad Kniza. The owner, Mohammed ,and his son Kamal were very hospitable and gracious. The rooms were beautifully decorated as well as the rest of the Riad. Air conditioning was working properly even in spite of high summer temperatures. Simple touches such as the rose petals in the fountains and on the... More

Stayed there for four days total. Beautiful riad and the staff were both attentive and descrete. Attention to detail was excellent, and they made us feel very welcome. The food was the best we found in Marrakech.

We were greeted at the airport by Mohammed, Kamal and a driver even though our flight arrived an hour early. Already we felt special. When the van dropped us off in the streets near the riad, we were a bit apprehensive but Mohammed made us feel comfortable and the moment we stepped into the riad, we felt as though we... More

The riad was one of the best parts of our vacation. My wife and I spent a few nights there during our stay in Morocco and returned there after a stay in Essaouira. Kamal and his staff provided impeccable service while treating us as if we were a part of his family. After a long stressful flight, he brought immediate... More

I just got back from Morocco almost a week ago and had a wonderful trip. It was our first trip to Morocco and Kamal was instrumental in making our stay a success from the beginning to end. Before leaving the states, we realized the train schedule in Casablanca wouldn’t fit our arrival time from New York. Kamal relieved our anxiety... More

I recently came back from Marrakech and I stayed at Riad Kniza – by far one of the best “Hotel de Charme” that I’ve had the pleasure of staying at, I highly recommend it. The Riad is exquisitely decorated in traditional Moroccan fashion with great attention to detail (e.g. they place fresh rose petal at their interior fountain each day.)... More
