This Riad is an Oasis of peace, tranquility and top class service amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech . The Service is superb , every member of the staff is charming, attentive and can't do enough to make your stay as delightful as possible . Everything is provided with a smile . The food was excellent and the rooms... More

We stayed at raid Kniza for three nights in the autumn of 2013. Our room was clean and the service was very good but, after staying in other riads in Marrakesh and Essouria and the Atlas Mountains, there was nothing about Kniza that touched me.

If you haven't been to any Riad then I suggest you should experience it at least once. Riad Kniza is the only Riad I had stayed in so far and I am sure others may be equally good too, but the experience of hospitality at this one, was very memorable. Transportation from airport was included in our stay and a... More

The staff at this guesthouse could not be friendlier or more helpful. They were all charming. The owners too were extremely welcoming. A hair drier, toiletries, fruit and water were all provided in our room and replenished when necessary. Our room (no.7) overlooked the narrow derb and was a little noisy at times. However we enjoyed the sounds of the... More

Everything about Riad Kniza is class. The service, the food , the rooms and the Haman are all brilliant. The location of this hotel is close enough to the tourist souks but then its just far enough away to be a perfect location to also experience the "local" Marrakech. I will return.

Before I begin the praise, let me start with a warning. The taxi drivers the Riad sends to pick you up do not work for the hotel. Ours was not warm and fuzzy, and didn't speak any English. Also, his car didn't have working air conditioner. When we arrived at the gate to the Medina, our envoy from the hotel... More

My wife and I just returned from a two night stay June 25 and 26 and found this Riad to be exceptional in ever way. This was the end of our 11 day tour and by far the nicest Riad or Hotel that we stayed in. Exceptional room (Sultan Room) on the first floor. Beautifully decorated interior and wonderful terrace... This is perhaps the best small hotel in the world. Why? So many beautiful hotels...so many good ones....why is this one better? BECAUSE THIS ONE DOESN'T NICKLE AND DIME YOU! This one makes you feel like you're at the mansion of a close friend. Every hotel claims that they do this, but only Riad Kniza has accomplished it for me.... More

What a gorgeous place! And with excellent service to go with it, it doesn't get any better. Lovely large rooms, large bathrooms and extra conveniences like plush bathrobes. A beautiful terrace where we were served breakfast. They want you to think of the place as your home so you can have breakfast any time you want - 6am or 1pm.... More

The Riad Kniza was little slice of heaven. Stylish, tranquil, luxurious. A warm welcome with a glass of mint tea and a rose petal strewn room. The staff could not have been more freindly or more helpful. The rooms were pretty and well decorated in traditional Moroccan style. Dinner on the terrace was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent,... More
