We spent 4 nights in the Riad Kniza in this lovely hotel - every thing so well organised, from the pick up from the Airport, trips, meals the staff could not be more polite or nicer and the night we had meal in the private portico area was fantastic, Marrakech is a fantastic city and this Riad ideal for those... We found Riad Kniza via Tripadvisor and read the excellent reviews and booked accordingly. Pick up from the airport went smoothly, car was clean and well presented and we were given lots of information on Marrakech during the journey. On arrival we were dropped at one of the tapes to the Medina and met by one of the hotel staff.... More

It's not flashy, modern or slick; Riad Kniza is an 18th-century mansion in the medina that the owners have restored to its former glory with traditional Moroccan tiles, woodwork and antiques. From the time we entered through the heavy wooden door into a fountain courtyard, we were transported into another world. We were upgraded to a suite consisting of a... More

We spent three nights in Riad Kniza which were wonderful. The family and staff were kind and helpful. The food was excellent. The Riad is about 20mins walk from the main square through the Madina which gives you a chance to experience the colour and chaos which is the fun of Marrakech.

Verry beautifull riad in traditional style (1878). Luxury rooms. Superb food and very friendly employees. Really really excellent ! Great terras on the roof, with a great look on the medina. 20 minute walk from the center of the Medina. Nearby a little market. They arrangeeeverything you want for the right price. We will surely come back to this place.

Simply wonderful in every way. Very attentive to meet your every need. Relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Perfect position within Medina, a guide available to take you around and point out the sights. Short walk to the Yves Saint Lauren Gardens. Would love to visit again and again.

You wonder where on earth you are going when the hotel staff walk you down a narrow alley, and then it's like Alice in Wonderland. You step through a heavy wooden door into a beautiful calm and cool riad. Large padded seats in the earthy Morrocan colours, marble, fountain, rose petals and a fantastically warm welcome from the staff and... More

I had 4 nights with girlfirends in early March. I really recommend this Riad. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The Riad is a haven of calm and loveliness in the middle of hustle. Two of us heard the calls to prayer but I didn't (maybe take ear plugs in case you don't want to hear the early... More

We stayed at riad kniza for 4 nights at the beginning of March for a short winter break. It was a lovely hotel that provided calm away from the medina. We were so well looked after from picking us up from the airport, offering us drinks at all times, and generally making sure we were well looked after, which we... More

I highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting Marakesh for the first time. The location is central, the accommodations are top notch, the price is affordable, and the service is impeccable. They arrange for travel to and from the airport which was very helpful as finding a Riad in Marrakech can be very difficult for a first time visitor. I... More
