5* spa and gold international hotel outside of the city - or a traditional 'courtyard house' converted into rooms as a top class hotel with excellent personal service. Your choice. For me the Riad - walk everywhere and taste Marrakesh as it is. And if you do book it - remember to arrange the free ride for the airport -... More

This hotel is perfect in every aspect, staff, room, service and anything you can imagine. It makes you live the authentic Marrakech experience in an authentic Marrakech house (Riad). My wife and I enjoyed our time in Marrakech but the hotel experience itself was unforgettable. A special thanks to Hana at the front desk for the great help and advice... More

The Riad Kniza is unlike a hotel. It is so far beyond anything I have experienced that it is really hard to put it into words. The Riad is the best place I have stayed in the world so far. Marrakech may not be for everyone, it is fast, loud, vibrant, and at times overwhelming. The Riad Kniza offers an... More

From the first moment we arrived until the minute we left the service, friendliness, comfort and experience were exemplary. We stayed in one of the suites (which was simply beautiful) and moved on the last night to a double room (as we had managed to miss our flight out!!!). This error however led to our discovering just how fantastic the... More

Our experience with Riad Kniza was nothing short of outstanding. As other reviewers have mentioned, the property is beautiful and offers a comfortable haven to recharge from a long day exploring. However the most memorable part of our experience with Riad Kniza can be summed up in one word: accommodative. Right from the start everything just fell into place, and... More

My partner and I stayed for one night and it was a perfect tranquil stay. The area around the hotel was initially daunting, it's a bit of a maze of buildings, scooters and market stalls, but we were found by one of the staff who helped us park and showed us back to the hotel. The hotel is a short... More

There are over 130 five star reviews here for Riad Kniza and we can only concur with all of them. Do not be put off when you first arrive as you have to walk a hundred metres or so, from the taxi, through the narrow street market offering freshly killed chickens, newly baked breads and other wonderous Moroccan delights, whilst... At the end of a narrow street off one of the main streets of the Souk is a large wooden door. Outside - mayhem. Through that door you will discover one of the most enchanting experiences imaginable. Fountains, rose petals, luxuriously decorated and wonderfully appointed suites and rooms, delicious food and sybaritic dining experiences on the roof terrace. We had... More

I don't remember how we chose to stay in Riad Kniza, but it was the best place we ever stayed all over the world. When I emailed hotel to book the room, senior suite was not available so I booked the regular room. When we arrived we were told that we had upgrade to senior suite. How wonderful! Like other... A lovely, tranquil Riad right in the Medina. Excellent service, mint tea & pastries when you arrive (& at any time you ask), lovely rooms, beautiful furniture, superb food & great service. Everything you could want for a stay in Marrakesh. Very good breakfast on the roof terrace. All within a 10 minute walk of the main souks & Jemaa... More
