This hotel is perfect for just a bed at the end of the day! It's a clean hotel, cheap and is in a prime location. The hotel staff in the day are very friendly and helpful. Has a super market close by too.

After I booked this hotel I read how bad the reviews were, to be honest when I arrived at the hotel with my family we got a very luvly welcome from the receptionist. The night porter took us to our room. Once I arrived at my room it had 2 single beds so I went down to reception and they... More

My mother and I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago over a long weekend. We arrived at about 1am, and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked us in quickly and efficiently, whilst our bags were taken to our room by the night porter. The room itself was a double, with aircon, tv, clean sheets and towels,... More

Just outside Bab Doukalla opposite La Gare Routiere (bus station). It is a fairly well situated hotel just outside The Medina. It is an older hotel and is adequate. No alcohol is served here. The breakfast is continental / Moroccan. The staff are friendly. WiFi is free and only available in the reception lounge areas. There is a supermarket next... More

Very average hotel even for a Moroccan low standards. Staff was cold and unfriendly. Receptionists do not have the slightest desire to help you. Breakfast is ok if you like to have sweets for breakfast, but this is the case with most of the hotels where we were in Morocco. Rooms are clean but with old furniture and very noisy... More

I booked a room in this horrible hotel for two days when I was in Marrakech. All I can say is that I am really disappointed ! The reception staff are really impolite. They did not even care to make eye contact with me !! The room service is a catastrophe !!! I wanted to take a shower when I... More

Just returned from a great stay here. Firstly, if you are looking for 5* luxury and be confined to your hotel all week; this is not for you, however, if you want to taste Morrocan culture; give it a go! The hotel is in a perfect location. The Medina (Souks) is literaly across the road, the new town with your... More
