This 5 Star hotel is literally just across the road from the Convention Centre but that particular building is currently under renovation. The heart of Marrakesh is a short taxi drive but, if you are on a romantic weekend visit, why not take one of the horse drawn carriages. This hotel offers a choice of restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms... More

Our hotel room had a balcony overlooking the garden, outdoor restaurant below and the swimming pool. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Like all other hotels in Morocco, there were no slippers, complimentary bottles of water or tea/coffee however, it did provide us with bathrobes. The hotel grounds had nice greenery and there were lots of seating areas... More

As soon as we opened the door to the first room we had been allocated, you could smell that there was a drainage problem. We therefore immediately asked, and were given, another room with no problems. The Hotel is well presented on the ground floor but there is no disguising that the rooms need some refurbishment. The rooms were large,... More

stayed there for two days last month(november) overall experience was good, good ambience, good facilities, helpful staff, had nice courtyard in the middle, restaurant was good , but slightly expensive, choice of food was also good. Rooms were spacious with nice window opening towards a street. overall enjoyed the stay.

I only stayed here for one night during a tour through Morocco and I wish it were much longer. My room was huge with a nice and comfortable king bed and a sofa/sitting area next to the bed and another small sitting area with a sofa and 2 chairs by the window. The window slide open. The bed had one... More

The hotel is nice and service is kind but... If staying there you may sleep or not depending on noise. The disco is located right below the rooms so the nights when they open de disco it is hard and almost impossible to sleep. And not that there is noise at 1am but... at 6am you still hear the music... More

Good hotel, well located (5 minutes driving with taxi to city centre) and with a nice garden outside. However, i found this not a 5 star hotel in European standards, i would rather give it 4 stars. The hotel is 10 years old and you can see some parts of the hotel might need a renovation in the near future.... More

The double room we booked was not up to the standard we expected with no slippers, a broken socket and it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We asked for a different room at reception the next day and was given a much better one: cleaner, no smoke smell, plate of fruit on the table, flowers and basically looking... More

We stayed two nights at this great new hotel. The lobby is grand and well decorated. Dinning and breakfast rooms were great. Food was good for buffet dinner and breakfast. Great and fast service. We even had bacon for breakfast. The pool and pool side were great. On our last night, we had pool side entertainment. The girl was a... More
