We found this hotel very dirty, the crockery in the dining room was covered in dust, when we complained and assured it would be sorted, it wasn't. The toilet leaked and had a big crack in it. Horrible: Noisy as you wish. Rooms are dirty and old. The staff at the reception seems to do you a favor by giving you a room. Avoid it!!! more

Spent a week at hotel end May/June 2007 as base to see Marrakech and area. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily. Hotel is old but you get what you pay for. Very friendly and obliging. Old and a little tired but certainly adequate and no complaints. Location excellent and a good hot shower / bath. Great airconditioning, balcony (great to dry washing) - overall a comfortable and satisfactory stay. Happy to come back again if wanting to only spend the same... more
