I recently stayed at Riad Ghali with my family, and had an amazing time. The Riad is a hidden palace amongst a maze of dark alleys. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing, tranquil environment after the madness of a day in the souks. The owner Pascal, is charming and warm and was incredibly helpful. The staff... More

Our arrival was delayed due to an aborted landing at Marrakech and by a lengthy queue at passport control. Despite this, our taxi pickup (arranged by Pascal - the owner) was still patiently waiting for us and in no time we met by our porter at the medina and taken to the Riad. We were glad of the porter as... More

What a beautiful and serene experience! I cannot recommend this riad highly enough; as others say here, it is an oasis among the busy souks. Very well located, owner Pascal and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Simply perfect.

We arrived late into Marrakech and were delighted to be met at the airport by a taxi organised by the hotel, and then to open the main door to a beautiful oasis of calm after walking through some of the back streets to get to the Riad . Our rooms were on the first floor and of a good standard,... More

My mum and I had a lovely time in Marrakech. Pascal (who owns the riad) and his team were extremely friendly and helpful. It was nice to stay in an establishment where the staff were treated with dignity and respect, and you could tell that they were happy working there. It makes the stay ever more pleasant compared to large... More

The Riad itself was paradise, however, as a woman traveling alone I was creeped out by how overly friendly one of the staff members were. There was a point where it became too much and I was feeling scared - knocking on hotel room door several times, offering a massage in room then wanting to sleep in the room with... More

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Ghali after a spare of the moment decision to visit Marrakech during the last few days of our holiday. We booked this riad the night before our stay and received prompt email confirmation from the owner offering to arrange a transfer to the accommodation on our arrival- which was very much appreciated. Best hotel I have ever stayed! We were welcomed like kings by Pascal, the owner and Abdul! The other staff was friendly too! Very beautiful hotel, renovated in a Maroccan style! So relaxing, the quietness is unbelievable in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the streets! Definitely to recommend!

The main building is beautiful with the pool and everything, but we stayed at the annex. Our room For 2, was so tiny it was almost claustrophobic. No space for the luggage let alone walking space. The space between my side of the bed and the wall mounted TV , was so tiny that I had to crouch under the tv in... More

We stayed in Riad Ghali on our honeymoon. By the second day, it felt like home or a better version of it. Everything is perfect! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the tiniest details are taken care of. The artwork is lovely and the Moroccan tiles are carefully chosen. The riad itself is magnificent, a renovated 300 year old residence, with... More
