We enjoyed our 3 nght stay even though there was a bad smell from the bathroom occasionally. Breakfast was good, by the pool (not heated) was lovely but bit cold. It was handy to have a small kitchen too. Some staff very friendly namely, Abdullah

This is a hotel, with some moroccan style and attitude, but not too far from attractions and to Hivernage & Gueliz. Don't expect anything posh, but a clean room, good bed and small breakfast moroccan style.

I was a bit puzzled by the conflicting reviews I found before traveling here. I guess there are different type of rooms with different level of service. We had an apartment for three and had a great experience. Everything looked new and clean, staff was OK. The location might be an issue, but the neighborhood is safe and modern, even... More

This hotel was below our standards overall, but then we are an older couple who can afford a little more luxury. If you are on a budget, this is a very good value. We stayed in a suite (the rooms just looked too small) and the suite would be perfect for a family with a young child (maybe two). There... More

I read some of these reviews and initially thought, "some people just like to complain". However, from quite literally the first moment I arrived at the hotel I was proven wrong. First of all, they lost my reservation. Upon arriving the concierge rudely informed me they did NOT have my reservation and requested to see my confirmation and then asked... More

Nice on the surface - terrible underneath Everything looks nice, but nothing really works. The rooms are big, but cold and very loud from the busy street outside. Big tv but no channels. Internet only working in reception but faulty connection and too slow for a youtube video Nobody speaks english except the manager, and he rudely over charged my... More

We stayed here on our last night in Marrakech as it was nearer to the airport and station. We returned from the coast to the station and it was walking distance from the hotel. This is a fairly new build so rooms were large, well equipped and comfortable with a huge walk in shower. The staff were helpful and friendly.... More

We had a car so finding the hotel was no problem: The service was warm and welcoming. One of the stuff came and helped us with the luggage with a large smile, a cup of tea, and some Moroccan biscuits. Our room was spotless and the bed comfortable. We also ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the Moroccan dish... More

On the last night of our stay in Marrakech we stayed here because we wanted to have easy access to the station for departure to Fes. However, if you wish to soak in the atmosphere of the medina, then a riad would be a better option. We had a lovely corner suite and a swim in the pool was welcome.... More
