My daughter and I had a great time at Dar Akal. We loved everything. Special thanks to mr. Saïd who was extremely helpful and attentive. Next time I visit Marraaksh, I will certainly stay at Dar Akal.

I stayed here in December for about a week and I'm still thinking about how great my stay was! The riad is absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing, comfortable place to be. Breakfast was always phenomenal, we ate on the rooftop because the weather was fantastic! Saiid is amazing, beyond helpful, always trying to make our trip better, he gave... More

We have just left this place and we already miss it. For three days we have been the only guests and we enjoyed this wonderful Riad at its best. It's a building of xxviii century perfectly restored and decorated with taste and simplicity. The location is great as it is in a quiet area of the Medina, easy to reach... More

Myself and three of mates were fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful Riad for two nights in late May. The owner, Patrick, was very helpful with advising us via email on our stay before the trip. We booked the transfer from the airport, dinner on arrival and a day trip all through the Dar Akal - I would highly... More

Our expectations were exceeded at every opportunity, from the moment we arrived until our friendly departure. We were so impressed by the beauty of the riad, the attention to detail, the wonderful homemade meals, and the above and beyond service. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. It's a perfect excuse to go back another time, though. Thank... More

Wonderful riad. Especial thanks to Siad for his assistance, tips and kindness, it makes your stay a very pleasant one. Nice breakfast and diner. Very quiet and calm. The best way to explore Marrakech is to get lost.

I just got back from a two week trip to Morocco. My friend and I stayed at Dar Akal at the beginning and the end of the trip. Everywhere we went we both commented on how we wished the hotel or riad we were staying at was more like Dar Akal. There is not a single thing that I would... More

We loved this Riad.. everything was great about it! Not one bad thing! The service was fantastic.. they helped us arrange a tour, shuttle from the airport, met us at the taxi drop off.. so helpful. And the Riad itself was perfect. loved it!
