Having not been away on own for 15 years, my husband and I were really looking forward to our trip to Marrakech. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Other reviews have mentioned how you know on arrival that the service is going to be good and they were absolutely right. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was stunning... More

I chose this hotel to get some relaxation and time away with my mother and I chose extremely well. The staff make you feel very special and nothing is too much. The setting is very authentic, pool area fantastically relaxing food excellent, lots of choice and very good quality. All very well presented with a lovely lunch restaurant. We have... More

I would recommend the Mosaic Palais Aziza & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech. Being 10 minutes drive from the city centre was actually a bonus, it meant you could get away from the traffic and crowds and totally relax in this beautiful setting. The rooms were very well appointed, the food (particularly lunch) was tasty and the staff couldn't do... More

From the minute you arrive at the hotel you just know it is all going to be GOOD! The staff were waiting for us although we were quite late due to flight delays and waiting to get through immigration (bad! 1hour!) We were immediately given refreshing face towels and a lovely drink whilst the checking in was done where we... More

We are just ending our last night at the hotel and have had a fantastic time. The location and setting is perfect to allow you to relax and unwind after the hustle and bustle of the old and new towns but close enough to travel into when you want to experience the wonder that is Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful... More

We chose the Mosaic Palais Aziza for a 4 night sunshine/relaxation break and didn't want the riad experience this time. Arrived, not in the best frame of mind, after 1.5 hrs of queuing in immigration, along with considerable pushing and shoving. Perhaps this was why I wasn't overly enthusiastic about the room we were shown to. It was quite small... More

Wonderful hotel with kind and friendly staff who are really good at anticipating needs and acting on them. It's really relaxing, the food is great and we will definitely return. It's a really nice peaceful place to spend the days, before taking the shuttle bus into the bustling city for the evenings. Loved it.

I stayed here at the beginning of August for 5 nights with a Voyage Prive deal. Overall I would say this was a fabulous trip. We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the pool. Great points: - being picked up in beautiful Range Rover with water and cold towels - complimentary cinnamon and orange drinks during check in - fabulous... More

I have just returned from a 4 day stay at this beautiful and intimate boutique hotel. The reviews are completely accurate, it is just that perfect retreat to relax, destress and recuperate if that is what you are looking for. I spoke with other guests who were there for different reasons, mostly holidays, and they too could not praise it... More

My husband and i spent a week on honeymoon here. From the 18th August. I can echo what others have been saying. We were made to feel most welcome from the moment we were picked up at the airport, we were given a cold bottle of water for the journey, which was needed after the heat had hit us! Once we... More
