Swaying palms, jasmine and roses, tranquillity, an oasis to return to after the hustle and vibrancy in the souk. My daughter and I enjoyed the week between 13 and 20 July in a fairly basic room which had it's own terrace/balcony overlooking the pool with comfortable patio furniture.. The first half of the week was quiet - just perfect for... More

We are here at the moment & are having such a wonderful time. We are so sad to be leaving tomorrow. We booked this hotel knowing that it was a short drive outside of the city but this suited us perfectly. It was the perfect haven to escape back to after the hustle & bustle of the city. This does... I am staying at the Mosaic Palais for one week from Sunday 13 July. I am in my late fifties, my daughter is 23. I am looking forward to this break immensely and have booked according to hotel reviews. Please watch this space because I anticipayr great things and am so excited to have a holiday in Morocco!

If you are looking for an all inclusive rowdy hotel with loud music, pool games, entertainment and unruly children running around, then this is not, I repeat NOT for you. My husband and I were looking for a quiet boutique retreat to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility and we found it here. A beautiful oasis 15 minutes from the... More

Hotel is new and has nice rooms and decor. Great swimming pool and poolside bar as well as good food for room service. People serving there take care of you and give prompt service The rooms are spacious and nice. We were upgraded to pavilion. They provide enough bottled water in the room which is good, especially considering hot weather... More

Every aspect of the hotel was superb. Thank you to all the staff that made this a wonderful holiday. We took our young children aged 3 and 1 and although not necessarily designed with children in mind they had a great time. We will remember it for a long time. Cant recommend highly enough. Nothing more to say.

Marrakesh has a number of great hotels, lavish and rich, little oasis contradicting the poverty stricken street-life. If you want extravagance and uber-luxury, La Mamounia and Royal Mansour provide this, but with the relevant price tag to follow. (Personally we opted for the resort approach vs the Riads in town) But if you want the oasis in the palmier environment... More

Travelled 6 to 11 June 2014 Superb Hotel. I looked very hard as I am so fussy and nosey; but could not fault it. Service exceptional. Food wonderful. Rooms and public areas are exceptional. I stayed for five nights on my own to de-stress and would go again in a flash! I arrived to be delightfully upgraded without request and... More

We came here for 2 nights after spending 3 in the medina. This is a perfect place to relax. We ate in the restaurant both nights and at lunchtime and found the food very good. The prices are high compared to what we paid in the medina (even at the tourist haunts) but you don't mind paying it if you... More

This is our second stay at this hotel, so in a way that sums it up. Staff splendid, polite and extremely helpful. Great spa and massage, very comfortable and clean rooms and with new chef food excellent. Hotel of course is a little way outside the city but if you want a beautiful pool, with excellent attentive service, this is... More
