We throughly enjoyed our stay at Riad First. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The Riad is beautifully designed and has a luxurious feel. All rooms look over the pool. The establishment has a roof top and several areas to relax in. It is well maintained and very clean. The only issues we faced were a lack of lighting in... More

Had a great stay with my friends at Riad First during our week in Marrakech. Truly nice with all comfort that you will need and a classy design, each room designed in different color style and details, really nice! Fatima and her sons were fantastic and offered various tips and help when needed. Great with the sun terrace, for relaxin,... More

We could not speak more highly of Riad First! The Riad itself is stunning and contemporary with designer furniture and accessories. The location is ideal, set within a quiet street of the Medina in walking distance to the souks, restaurants and main attractions. The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. They kindly arranged for someone... More

We stayed for 3 nights in room Chapter 3, the room was really big and spacious and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and felt quite private. One thing I would mention is that in this particular room, the bath/ shower are located at the far end of the bedroom so are visably, which some people might not want but... More

We moved from a "5-star"-hotel since it didn't match our expectations. At our first visit at Riad First we were welcomed by a adorable women how ran the riad. Like a loving mother she cared for us to have the best stay possible. Her sons also treated us with world class service. Example: My shoe broke and I asked for... More

Very chic, contemporary riad in the medina, quite a surprise from the old front door at the street! Quiet street off the hustle and bustle. Fatima and Bada are wonderful and provide a lovely service. Super friendly and charming. Rooms are excellent in size, well equipped and lushly furnished. Free wifi is good and breakfast was nice. I would definitely... More

Very welcoming, always willing to help with directions, tour guides and places of interest. Very cultural experience, on the street just a plain door but inside a paradise of modern and Moroccan features including a lovely pool to refresh after walking the souks in the heat. Room was spacious and unique, cleaned everyday. Food was delicious, although the one evening... More

The riad is very well located... Very chic black and white marrocan decor... Room was amazing, bath tub with delicious products... Tasty breakfast... Finally..., the best thing was the managing and reception done by FATIMA and her son BAYDER... Since the very first moment until the and of our trip, they were always smiling, helping us with everything, giving tips,... More

I chose this riad because of the interior design. The typical maroccan interiors are redesigned in a modern way and mixed with design furniture. The riad itself is as in the pictures. We stayed in two rooms, chapter4 and Chapter 5 (which is stunning). Fatima and Badr were always very nice, giving tips and advices... and preparing for us maroccan... More

Prefect traditional riad with a contemporary feel and modern design. Staff here were very attentive to your every need and always helpful and happy to order taxis, organise trips and suggest places to go and eat. The riad is a short walk from the main square and great for exploring the city, it is also a quite area of the... More
