Although I did not stay in any of the room i did make use of the facilities. The staff are not very helpful, it seemed that everything you asked was a burden to them. The toilets are shocking and looked like they have never been cleaned, the outside pool area is also dirty, the pool is freezing. The hotel never... More

We visited this hotel in July for a 4 night break- thankfully not any longer! We stayed at board so got breakfast and evening meals- I'm not a fussy eater - however I really couldn't eat anything other much than bread :/ it really wasn't good! I didn't help that we shoved into a tiny room with about 5 dishes... More

Not worth 5 star. I would rate it 1 star. Ignorant and unhelpful staff with hardly any English language. No electricity for 24 hours. Hotel in a deserted place. No room service after 10pm not even allowed water. Only good thing was the pool. Children's entertainment only on once and crap. Rooms disgusting. No wifi anywhere except lobby. Air conditioning... Very quiet area (nothing nearby to walk to outside complex). Not many speak fluent English (suited us as we like to get away from normality). Wonderful Animation team all very friendly and got the crowd up and going. Saw no dirt/cockroaches/mozzies/rodents etc, but the whole complex would benefit from a cosmetic facelift. I am gluten intolerant and the lovely head... More

This hotel still runs on former investments. The hardware was luxurious once, now still beautiful but the furniture has got old, the swimming pool has turned green, and the team at the reception is swimming in administration puzzles, wifi has not reached the rooms yet. We had our room booked - luckily- because this place is popular among Moroccan families... More

So, the hotel is a little out of town , but not a problem getting in and out by taxi. Staff were lovely to us, but perhaps that's because we made a big effort to speak French. Not many speak much English. The pool is fabulous, the rooms a little basic perhaps but sufficient for what we wanted and paid.... More

Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere a quite a drive from the airport or Medina (taxi is 100 dirham). People working in there are very relaxed I would say even slow but that's maybe coz we stayed during Ramadan. Staff doesn't really speak English mainly French. Hotel itself needs a bit of refurbishing as it's very dated. Bedrooms... More
