What an absolutely beautiful riad. The attention to detail in decorating, and the quality of the staff was unparalleled. We stayed in the rooms on the ground floor - no. 7 and 8, which was just spectacular. They are on the ground floor, and connected by a fireplace, which the riad automatically lit up for us each evening. From rose... More

Very, very nice Riad. Placed 300 meters from jema el fna it is a place of calme in a chaotic place. We spent three days here just before christmas and was upgraded to the suite which was superb. The staff was cool but attentative. The Good is moroccan, fresh and very well made. Bring a book, listen to the birds.... More

I went above my typical hotel budget to stay in Riad Kaiss, and I'm very happy I did. The riad was beautiful, and the service was excellent. I never thought I'd stay any place where my room was scattered with fresh rose petals every day. The staff was very friendly (though most did not speak much English), and the manager... More

We had 2 nights in this riad which is very central and walking distance from the square and souks. The riad was lovely, furnished in traditional Morrocan style with a delightful courtyard as well as rooftop sun terraces. We ate one night at the riad and the meal was very good and served in the lovely lantern lit courtyard. Service... More

My friend and I stayed here while on a trip to Morocco celebrating my birthday. We stayed one night before heading out on a 3 day trek into the Sahara. On first arrival we were surprised with an upgrade as it was Ramadan and not many guests were staying. Despite the lack of guests, our check-in took almost an hour,... More

We can only apologise to this guest for the lapses in service standards to which we hold ourselves. Since the time of this review all of these issues have been looked at and dealt with in the following way. The "English speaking" person that this guest refers to as arrogant and un-helfpul is no longer with us. We now have... More

This is a gem of a Riad. Decoratively stunning with heaps of traditional features and craftsmanship. It is worth the short walk through meandering back streets to stumble across this little oasis. Try a glass of chilled local wine on the carved swing seat in the courtyard and feel your troubles drift away. Much cooler than many Riads with fountains... More

Have just returned from long weekend in Marrakesh, my wife and I stayed 3 nights at this riad in the suite. We really have nothing negative to report, our stay was spotless, everything just perfect: friendly and very service-minded staff, absolutely stunning setting, perfect location just 5 minutes from Jemaa el Fna but still very quiet on the inside. Breakfast... More

Walking down cobbled streets we arrived at the riad and opened the door to a stunning courtyard in the centre. The riad has beautiful rooms all with unique moroccan charm. My family and I had a great holiday here and recommend this riad. The food was delicious and the service really good and friendly. Perfectly positioned for access to some... More

My girlfriend and I stayed 4 days and nights at the Riad Kaiss, for the first two nights we were in a 'Deluxe Room' and then we upgraded to one of the suites. The first thing to say is that the Riad is based slap bang in the centre of town. Its located in a warren of back streets off... More
