We stayed at Riad Kaiss for two nights and can not recommend it enough. The staff were very pleasant and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean and in good order and every night our bed was turned down and rose petals placed upon it for that extra romantic touch. Breakfast was superb - the... More

My partner and I and two friends stayed at RIAD KAISS a few weeks ago March 2011. It was everything I wanted from a Moroccan experience. The riad was BEAUTIFUL. Practically impeccable in design and decor. It had an eye for Morrocan staples, great vintage books and magazines, something a little eerie, but all in all extremely special. Isn't that... More

I stayed at the suite (room 9) with my partner, and though we did indeed enjoy the milk and the cookies and the warm water bottles in bed etc., the service here was very disappointing. We swapped around a bit because of my fascination for riads, and to compare with other riads, this was by far the most beautiful one-... More

Thank you for leaving feedback for us. We are sorry that the client felt bent out of shape by the check in process. All hotel guests throughout Morocco (and in most of the world) require the completion of a guest file which is then provided to the local authorities. For guests that pre-book with us we try and fill out... More

Its a beautiful riad BUT.. first of all, the prices were ridiculously expensive- 230 euro for a small room, per night in the off season. The rooms were sweet but neither the internet nor the aircondition (for heating) were working and the mattress was old and worn. Breakfast costs an extra 11 euros, a vegetarian tahine, which was not the... More

This client booked a 3 night stay in a suite with us during the busiest time of year by calling us the day before. She accepted that her reservation was final, provided us a credit card, which we then debited. When she arrived she chose a less expensive room (the only other room available) and told us that she would... More

I've found this Riad in an Interior Design book (Hip Budget Hotel) 2 years ago and I never get the time to book it (nor the time to get holidays...). What a fantastic trip in Marrakech, and especially in Riad Kaiss. Speaking a little bit of French is an help but the staff is so friendly that they always try... More

We picked the Kaiss because it had still some rooms available and we booked a last minute flight. The Riad Kaiss is a very nice and romantic way to stay in Marrakech, the whole ambiance and style of this old building whit it's thick walls and the love for details is worth staying there. The staff is very friendly and... More

What an absolutely beautiful riad. The attention to detail in decorating, and the quality of the staff was unparalleled. We stayed in the rooms on the ground floor - no. 7 and 8, which was just spectacular. They are on the ground floor, and connected by a fireplace, which the riad automatically lit up for us each evening. From rose... More
