Located in a delightful corner off the pedestrian road very close to the Place Jemaa El Fna. Highly attentive manager and staff, with a warm welcome upon arrival, with tea and fruit. Clean and beautifully well-appointed rooms. A complete 'British' Breakfast, thanks to the owner being the same. We were encouraged to have a cooking lesson and a hamam, the... More

It is hard to fault Riad Kaiss as we were treated like guests in someone's home. We stayed for 5 nights and the service couldn't have been better. Everything we asked for (and we did ask for pretty much everything!) was fulfilled without hesitation or delay. When trying to find a hostel nearby we were escorted by the Riad's staff,... More

We stayed at the riad for 3 nights in a suite which had its own private terrace, the room was beautiful as was the terrace with its own sun loungers and lounging area which was shaded, the riad itself is a lovely building decorated in a traditional morrocan style, it has a great location, a short walk to the main... Riad Kaiss was lovely, very clean, and in a very good location in the medina and not far from Djemaa el-Fna. We felt we got a bit if a hard sell to have dinner there just as we arrived after a 10-hour trip and never got a tour of the place (and was asked for the tip by a staffer... More

An oasis in the middle of Marrakech. Great service, nice facilities very tastefully decorated in a mix of Moroccan and French styles. Makes you feel as if you are staying at your eccentric rich uncles villa. I prefer this experience over staying at a chain hotel, 5 star or otherwise.

I stayed at the Riad Kaiss for a long weekend with my wife and two other couples in early November. It was the perfect place to stay in all respects and I recommend it without reservation. The location is ideal - centrally located within just a few hundred paces to the main square but down a quiet alley so good... More

I'm a little bit late writing this review, me and my partner stayed in Riad Kaiss March this year - we had a fantastic time. The Riad was stunning with beautiful views from the roof, and having breakfast up there every morning was heavenly! Cleaned to a very high standard, and with attentive and genuinely caring staff, it is somewhere... More

We stayed at riad kaiss for approx 8 days and were so pleased. They were constantly catering to our every need and request. The location as many have said is ideal for marrakech, but that is just a start. It is completely gorgeous inside from the courtyard to every single nook and cranny that you could stay into read or... More

I loved the Riad. I was travelling on my own, looking for a mixture of R&R and the "Marrakech-experience". The Riad is a really quiet oasis right in the middle of the Medina (old city) and within walking distance of most of Marrakech's main sights. The place is amazingly decorated. Each room is different and done in a very Moroccan... More

Oasis of calm in bustling Marrakech. Warm, helpful, exceptionally hospitable innkeeper Hayat leads a fantastic team. Conveniently located. Beautiful rooms, amazing roof with gorgeous views, and flowers, and pool. Terrific food and wine.
