This was one of the best city vacations ever! One of the best small luxury hotels we have been to! Perfect location - short walk from all famous attractions, impeccable service, fantastic design! I could come back forever! And the roof pool... I think I need to book another stay!

... and you will not be disappointed! We had booked the whole house for a special birthday celebration for a long weekend, women only. And none of us will ever forget this very special, personal and wonderful experience. The house itself is incredible, the online photos are just a teaser. The resident manager Hayat, the owner Eben made us feel... More

Riad Kaiss is perfect. The food is amazing, the rooms are goergous, and the whole riad has a sort if heavenly oasis feel to it. After six months though, what we miss the most is Hayat and her beautiful staff. We have never experienced such hospitality and overall warm friendlyness in our travels. We will definitly stay there the next... More

Riad Kaiss is a very special place to stay. Its location is very convenient to all the main sights. While we checked in, we were brought to a little alcove with a banquette and pillows and were served our first glass of mint tea. That was just the beginning of the impeccable service. They put rose petals on the bed,... More

We booked a week at the Riad for our honeymoon and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The location is ideal, a stones throw from the main square and within easy reach of most attractions. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful. A stunning courtyard, roof terrace and countless nooks and hidey holes to while away an afternoon with... More

We were booked to stay at Dar Les Cigognes but we were double booked so ended our stay in Riad Kaiss the little sister riad to DLC . The staff were so accommodating and so lovely . A little quieter than our other room with a beautiful pool as well . Very peaceful . A short stay but we enjoyed... More

From the moment the Riad's airport taxi drops you off in a hectic market, and your luggage is then trundled in a barrow down narrow cobbled alleys to Riad Kaiss's front door, you know this is going to be a different stay! Fear not, Hayat and her staff are on hand to greet you, ease any stresses and look after... More

I absolutely loved this place. From the moment we entered we were wrapped in the delicious embrace of the Riad. Sweet teas and cookies greeted us, then a tour of the rooms each more beautifully tiled and decorated than the last. Our twin bedded room had great a/c, comfortable beds, comfy seating area and good lighting. A sumptuous breakfast awaited... More

Riad Kaiss is not only very attractive, it has its own hammam and is remarkably quiet for being so close to Djema el Fna. Hayat and her team are so welcoming (offering mint tea and cake whenever we looked in need of reviving to brave again the melee of the Medina). The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated and each... More

As the owner of a travel company, I stay a lot of places around the world. I brought my small group of 13 women to Riad Kaiss as the last stop on a 12 day journey around Morocco. We wanted to have an authentic experience in Marrakech - and we got so much more. We took over the whole riad;... More
