My partner arranged to bring me here for a surprise trip. What a destination! The whole place was so stunning. Marrakech is an overload of the senses and to be able to come back in behind the doors and relax in such luxury was wonderful. Even before we arrived n Morocco, we were made to feel comfortable with the staff's... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights before i went to a work conference at the Four Seasons hotel. If i went back with all the money in the world i would still opt to stay at Riad Kaiss! It is within 10 minutes walk of the main square (El Jemaa Fna), the price is more than reasonable... More

I write this review without zeal, because it is a negative one. This riad needs a lot of attention to get it feeling loved and maintained. It is a lovely place, and it's obvious that it was once in good condition, but it seems to have been left to lie fallow for a while too long. I think that a... More

We spent 4 nights in this delightful riad. As the only two couples there for the first 2 nights it was like home from home (with friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble). The massage was the highlight of husband's holiday and the hugs and pastries on departure felt like we were family. Close to the main square... More

We have just returned from a long weekend stay at the Riad. It is extremely well located while very quiet. The service is well above any standards we as internationally well traveled couple have set. While the Riad itself does not have a restaurant, you can order any food you like at any time of the day and it will... More

I really must tell you... My family have found this place many years ago, coming for the first time to discover only photographers and advertising executives from around Europe. Hardly any Brits. Although I have been here twice before and only seen this wonderful hidden establishment on a tour, did promise to return and stay. A 3 day get away,... More

You need somewhere tranquil to go back to when in Marrakech! The warmth of hospitality and extreme comfort of the rooms in this wonderful riad served us just right. Hyatt (the hotel manager) and her team are so keen to ensure everything is to your liking and comfort (even down to coming to find you if you get lost)!! Would... More

Over the years we have made frequent travels to Marrakech staying in various hotels and riads.Since we discovered Riad Kiass a year ago both my wife and I decided that on any further trips to the beautiful city of Marrakech we would definitely stay there. This month we have been fortunate enough to be able to repeat the experience and... More

Our stay at Riad Kaiss was a dream. From our friendly welcome with mint tea and home made biscuits on arrival, to our incredible honeymoon suite, everything was perfect. Our suite had a huge private terrace with two day beds, a curtained gazebo and lush greenery where we enjoyed our daily tea and biscuits. Our huge room was decorated authentically... More
