Riad Kaiss is a lovely Hotel in a traditional Moroccan building in the old quarter full of cool tile, shade trees, fountains and winding staircases-absolutely stunning. The staff were fantastic and so was the food. All the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. I would recommended this delightful oasis to anyone planning a trip to Marrakesh

Riad Kaiss is a beautiful hotel tucked away from the hussle and bustle of the souks. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and they made sure I had everything I needed.I would definitely recommend staying here if you want an authentic experience of a riad, I can't wait to go back again!

The Riad Kaiss is beautiful and has miraculously kept the charm that much of the old town has lost since I last visited Marrakech 20 years ago. On arrival one is transported back in time, surrounded by bird song, beautiful authentique architecture and able to completely escape the hustle and bustle of the city outside its walls. The manager Hyat... More

This Riad tucked away from the main square really was an oasis for my husband and I. We stayed here for my 40th Birthday and it was the first holiday in a long time without our children - it did not disappoint. The initial responses from the staff is email after we booked were prompt and friendly. the welcome was... More

Riad Kaiss is delightful and made more so by the charming Hayat and her staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Kaiss has a very large courtyard to relax and eat in, the Riad still has many original features and maintains the feel of an ancient place, but is comfortable. We had a suite which was a bedroom and... More

Small number of rooms with attentive but unobtrusive staff. Great location within walking distance of anything in the medina, and a short cab ride to the Marjorelle Garden. Hayat took excellent care of us, providing directions, letting us know what things should cost and making reservations on our behalf. My favourite part of the day was breakfast in the garden... More

Riad Kaiss was such a pleasure to stay at, we cannot say enough about it! From the very nice welcome and tour to the wonderful service for any request we had, we felt very well treated! The riad is beautiful...every corner has something to see. After dark, we enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard while they played beautiful music, reminding... More

Built on the 12th century ruins of a Harem which was once the home of the Sultan Moulay Yacoub’s favourite concubine, 19th century Riad Kaiss was sumptuously restored and converted by the late architect, Christain Ferre, into an elegant and sensuous riad of astounding beauty. Sumptuously encapsulating and reflecting its age old origins, seven rooms and two suites surround two... More

My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Riad Kaiss for 4 nights in February, to celebrate my husband's 40th Birthday. I haven't written my review until now because it is hard to express how fabulous the Riad Kaiss and the staff actually are! From the moment we arrived and met Hayat, the manager, we knew that we had made... More

I've seen pictures of Riad Kaiss on a design blog 3 years ago and decided that if I ever go to Morocco I will definitely stay at it.
