We had a great stay at Jardins de la Medina. The staff were all extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Stepping through the door off the street is like stepping into another world - calm, cool, green, elegant. My daughters and I enjoyed the hammam experience and very relaxing massages! The food was excellent, the rooms comfortable, and the pool inviting!... more

We arrived late in the evening from the hustle and bustle of the street to this oasis of calm. The gardens are beautiful, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. BUT 2 days before the end of our week there a skirt was stolen from the wardrobe in our room. When this was reported the... more

We were in Marrakech for a 3 day break with our two 11 year olds. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, with good English. The quality of everything was very good. The wow factor was the gardens, which really are like they show on their web-site, complete with bird song. I'd certainly visit here again. The hotel offers... more

We spent 3 nights here just after New Year & loved it. Would definitely recommend it as the place is beautifully decorated & the rooms are located around a mature garden & tempting swimming pool. The rooms are well equipped, elegant & functional - though our standard room did have a bit of generator noise at night, but then we... more

My wife and I spent four nights at Jardins de la Medina and found the Riad a thoroughly relaxing experience. The converted Prince's palace is set around a beautiful interior garden. The service from all the staff is welcoming and very efficient. Our room was larger than we expected and the bathroom was also large and very clean. A buffet... more

The first thing to mention about this riad, is that it is situated in a residential area, a few roads away from the Saadian Tombs and the Sultana Riad, but still not in a tourist area, so a very authentic atmosphere as you walk/drive up to the riad, with lots of locals milling about in the narrow roads, fixing bikes,... more

My wife and I enjoyed 5 wonderful nights at this hotel. After reading recent reviews we were a little worried about the kitchens but had no cause for concern. We had two most enjoyable dinners there, lunch and a great breakfast every morning. The setting is superb, the staff caring and friendly. It takes about 20 mins to walk to... more

The hotel (particularly the common areas) was- beautiful- nice pool and lounge areas. great breakfast. staff was super friendly, and very welcoming and accomodating to our 19 month old daughter. the room was nice- nothing fancy, but it did the trick (although DEFINITELY not soundproof- we could hear the people in the room next door the entire time). definitely an... more

Great respite from the hot dusty streets of Marrakech, with a beautiful pool area (comfortable sun loungers!) and attractive rooms, with a terrace or balcony. Staff are really friendly and helpful, we got free mint tea on arrival which was nice. Quite a small hotel with beautiful gardens enclosed by the hotel hiding loungers and hammocks, so feels pretty private.... more

We decided to have dinner here as a treat on the last night of our holiday in fantastic Marrakech. The setting was wonderful and the service perfect. However my view somewhat changed a few hours later when having collapsed (literally) in the hotel room, 6 hours of D&V ensued. The flight home the next morning was far from relaxing. more
