The only good thing was that the hotel is very central located. Service was very slow and rude especially the pool boy and at the reception. Tv and shower were broken. Food very bad quality. Extra pay for using spa and restroom Pool was dirty Wifi did not work properly Rooms very noisy 5 star hotel? Ridiculous! Absolutely not worth... More

We stayed at this hotel with or kids and we all had a great time. It is an easy walk to the souk and he main square with snake charmers, etc. also very close to the Kotoubia mosque (so close the morning call to prayer woke me a couple of times). He hotel used to be a palace, and is... More

Beautiful hotel, and really great location to get to the souqs. The upstairs pool is charming and catches the sun with views of the mountains and the koutobia. Our room (136) was in the corner which even though it faced the main road was very quiet. Our tv didn't work when we first arrived but they soon fixed that. Only... More

Some as a couple both 30, this was a different hoilday for us other than Ibiza!!! So I wanted a hotel that had good reviews as wanted to feel slightly safer if u get me. The hotel was so beautiful, all the staff were so polite and couldn't help more. Emailed the hotel before for transfers from the airport, they... More

This was a beautiful hotel. Yes if you look closely its a tad tired but this really doesn't matter. It has a lovely feel. The room was beautiful and its very romantic to have rose petals and fresh roses on your pillow everyday. It did make you feel special. The Piano Bar was great, the staff were friendly and were... I have stayed in Marrakech several times, but always in large 5 star corporate type hotels. This hotel was a really pleasant change, it was charming, if a little tired around the edges but it did not loose any points from me for this. Reception and concierge staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to please. It was... More

We booked a couple of days' luxury here having spent the first part of our Marrakech holiday in a Riad. Well worth it. It's very central, just off the Jemaa El Fna central square and across from the main mosque. Taxis are easy to get outside, but most of the Medina is walkable. The central courtyard is lovely - peaceful,... More

This hotel is simply beautiful. It has a gorgeous garden pool as well as a heated rooftop pool. The breakfast was very nice, to include a DIY egg boiler and omelet station. Our suite was a little odd. It was rooms 112/114. However they are forever a suite because 112 has a nice tub and great rain shower in that... More

We stayed here around 8 years ago and I'm glad to report things haven't changed. It's an oasis in the middle of bustling Marrakech, in a side street just a stones throw away from the main square, it is built in Maroc style, there's a pool on the ground floor and a heated pool on the roof, which is a... If location is everything, this hotel has so much more. Situated in the very heart of the medina, it is steps from the Koutoubia and steps from the main square and the souks. Whilst the frenzy of Marrakech starts on the hotel doorstep, inside all is the exquisite calm of unruffled luxury, yet with the unique atmosphere of a riad.... More
