Ive read a bunch of the reviews here, and they all have elements of truth. This place is great, but it is showing some wear. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. It was huge, with its own outdoor area by the heated pool. No complaints about the room or the grounds, which were lovely. The front desk staff... More

Great location and walkable to most of the sites in Marrakech. Rooms are fairly simple, clean and have all you need. Food was excellent in the Moroccan style restaurant and Indian, we didn't eat in the French restaurants. Hamman amazing and great value for money. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend you hire a guide from this hotel... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay in this hotel, which is in a perfect central location. We were warmly greeted at the reception and given mint tea and morrocan pastries whilst checking in. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with lots of areas to sit in the shade or the sun. The decor is very traditional creating a... More

We love to be in this hotel! Perfect location, walking distance to mayor attractions. The hotel is very comfortable and mystic. The pool area is very nice and needed after a day tour in the Medina and areas around. Remember Marrakech is an exotic destination so take your precautions. Visit the Medina first with a guide if you want to... More

From the outside, one would not say this is a wow! hotel located right in the centre of the city. It has everything a tourist visiting Morocco wishes, including the large swimming pool within the hotel walls. I was so impressed about the set-up and services that I asked the manager how comes the advertising is not to the level... More

We visited the hotel for lunch and the pool area is beautiful and peaceful, especially considering how close it is to the main square. However, the food (tagine) was average, the portions were small and it was overpriced.

We went for dinner one evening in the Moroccan restaurant (Gastro MK at Maison MK was closed) and were very pleasantly surprised. Very quiet (it was mid-December) but the food was far better than standard tourist restaurant and hotel fare (such as Le Salama). Not a destination restaurant but overall service was excellent and well-priced (since when did a tagine... More

The misses for me are in the details and the front desk customer service here. I booked a mini suit with 2 beds as I was traveling with my dad. When we got into our room it was a romantic couples suite with rose petals everywhere and a large bed. I said we booked a suite with 2 beds and... More

I was not a guest at the hotel but went here for the spa. I opted for the moroccan hammam followed by a toning massage. It was a very relaxing and peaceful experience and I enjoyed it very much. The lady at the reception was very helpful and accommodated me despite them being busy and me having no appointment. The... More

Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the daybeads by the pool area in the courtyard. We stayed in a junior suite on the 3rd floor in the new wing. From our private terrace we had a perfect view of the Koutoubia Mosque. The room was clean, but unfortunately the quality of the room... More
