This "five star" hotel , quite away from being five star, is located within a very old structure, and is of noteworthy historical significance, but is physically in poor shape with not very attractive decor. There is a sense of overall abandonment letting the structure itself and its very convenient location sell hotel rooms. Being objective, the room I was... More

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Les Jardins de La Koutoubia to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel arranged for us to be met at the airport by their driver and we were then taken to the hotel at a cost of 100 dirham. Upon checking in, we were given a free room upgrade, we... More

What a relief it was after driving through all the hustle and bustle surrounding the mosque and market to walk into such a beautiful hotel. Immediately upon check in we are offered traditional tea and cookies. All rooms are very large and have living rooms with large sofas. Traditional Arabic music is playing on the tv as soon as you... Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife. First impressions were not great - it appears to be tucked away in a dodgy street and staff seem a bit reserved. However it got better with every day and the staff were indeed very good, polite and helpful - well done! Pools were very good, with good bar service. Breakfast was... More

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by reception especially Abdul, who served us lovely hot mint tea and escorted us to our room which was upgraded at no extra cost by reception to a mini suite..a wonderful surprise. The room was everything I could have asked for. Roses scattered all over the room, created a wonderful romantic mood.Great size room... More

Fantastic location, close to the main square and bars. Hotel rooms were spotless and very well decorated (cleaned daily with personal touches added). The pools were fantastic and pool staff very attentive. However, took three hours to check in with no tour of hotel or offer of drink- or apology! Staff at desk rude and unwelcoming.

Wonderful, peaceful, relaxing! Service is great, alongside delicious restaurants - the French being my favourite. Wines, cocktails all fabulous! Spa was a fantastic experience, also the rooftop pool to cool down in the great heat of august! The perfect thing about this is it's a oasis in the middle of the wholeness of Marrakech - souks, medina and mosque literally... More

Loved the location & ate at all the Restaurants - food excellent. Location brill. as right next to Jeema - el Fnaa. You need a large pool after your Medina adventure in August as it's so very hot & there are 2!. Also, really appreciated the service & most especially the Front Reception as they were so helpful & happy.... More

We loved our stay and the ease of walking into the heart of the medina so easily. The staff were wonderful and helped me book various things. We were a family - ages 76 to 7 - and all enjoyed our stay. Good size rooms. My parents had a suite which was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Never forget where you are... so in Morocco it deserves the five stars (probably not in Europe). Very clean, best location ever in Marrakesh, friendly staff, very quiet. I spent 4 days with my wife snd we really enjoyed. I definitely recomend it!
