The Chesterfield Bar is open to non residents and is a delightful "English" style bar serving draught beer (Pression) at around 50 dirhams or €5 a "pint". There is an adjacent terrace and small pool area. The staff ( in particular Hachim and Abdella ) are really professional and friendly. It helps if you speak some French or Arabic. Although... More

I stayed at this hotel, for 4 nights in October, with a party of eight single people. We all had large comfortable rooms. Taking a drink in the courtyard was very pleasant and the service was good. In general all the staff, with one exception, were helpful and pleasant. The female receptionist was, unfortunately, rather rude and less than helpful.... More

Myself and my partner stayed in the Hotel Nassim for 3 nights in the first week of September 2014. Overall we were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were of a decent size, clean and comfortable. Our room had two large single beds, a well laid out toilet/bathroom, a (free to use) safe and - importantly - air con!... More

My partner and I visited Chesterfields Bar with 2 friends whilst staying in Marrakech. We found this hidden gem by accident. We had originally visited Sky Bar and walked past Chesterfields and decided to pop in. I'm really glad with did. Excellent cocktails and good quality beer are served in a lovely outdoor courtyard with small swimming pool. Our drinks... More

This hotel is in an ideal location approx £5 by taxi to the main square but in walking distance too. The busy street has lots of restaurants and cafes and a 15 min walk to the Majorelle Gardens and more upmarket boho shabby chic shops. Alcohol is available in the Chesterfield Bar and there is a small but very welcome... More

Just what we wanted after a day of sight seeing, to have some cool drinks outside. The 'pub' inside is done out very much like a gentlemen's club with wooden panelling- it didn't strike me as being very English pub-like. This place of course serves alcohol and we were able to have our drinks outside near the pool and were... More

Ideal spot to drop after a long day sight seeing. The English pub was a bonus as it definitely kept the fella happy. Nice spot to access the medina and other sights. If your looking for a relaxed short stay this place is good. The pool is small though and overlooked by the Bar

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It has a very nice pool. Our room was in the back directly above the pool.Enjoyed very much the bathtub after a long ride from Tangiers. The meals were average but good. We walked to the Medina in the evening. You might want to take a taxi,is a long walk.

Not a review of the hotel, as such, but of the bar - important for all you drinkers as getting a decent pint in Morocco is not as easy as some posts make out. We visited the bar of this hotel during Easter 2014 a number of times. It's not really a pub, but part of the Nassim hotel in... More
