I recently spent 2 days at this hotel. It was part of a tour itinerary, and I had extended by one day, prepaying with the tour group. I presented a voucher for that paid extra day. Fortunately for me, I had another voucher, which I had to continue to show each time I was asked to pay yet again for... More

The Hotel Oudaya in Marrakesh is centrally situated for exploring the city. However, the room we were allocated was very disappointing. It smelled musty, looked out through filthy windows, onto a wall that had peeling plaster,. and the orange decoration cira l970 felt depressing. The wallpaper was marked and torn in places. The room was cold and unwelcoming. The bed... More

Hotel Oudaya is in a great location for most of the tourist spots. It's an easy half an hour walk to Djemaa El Fna and about 20 minutes from Jardin Majorelle. The rooms were always kept very clean and we had a nice view overlooking the pool. We did ask for a double bed but were given two singles. It... More

I have just returned from staying there for 7 days. I would not recommend this hotel as the credibility and integrity in my opinion leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are mainly unhelpful and are only after your money. Once they get your money their responsibility ends. No one takes ownership or responsibility for anything and trying to... More

I stayed in this hotel in Apr 13 for a night with my sister; check-in and check-out was very quick and smooth. The staffs are very friendly in the hotel. You are not allowed to take anything into the hotel not even take bottled water into your room you have to buy it in the hotel. Hotel is close to... More

So the place is a little dated, a little daggy and needs a make over. However we found our stay comfortable. The showers were hot, the bathroom clean, the wifi worked (in our room anyway!) the beds had good pillows, the room was made up everyday, the staff were pleasant and the breakfasts contained more than just bread. The location... More

I think in it's past, this hotel may have been ok, but it's glory days are well and truly past. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. We even watched a full blown fight between two female staff members followed by one screaming at everyone else for the next 10 minutes (wifi is only in public areas so there is... More

Reasonable location due to short taxi trip to centre del Fna. Rooms pretty cramped but what do you expect on a group tour in a major centre. Major issue was the bathroom with totally inadequate shower head which could not/would not stay on the wall to be usable. Hence water went everywhere all over the bathroom and also penetrated through... More

The rooms are ok, quite big and the beds are very good. The bathroom clean, always hot water. Important in wintertime is that you have heating and this hotel has heating in every room. The staff is very nice. Can not understand why so many complain about the reception. They were very helpful and nice. If you say hello and... More

The hotel is very clean and is in a good location not far from the medina and the train station. The pool area is a nice bonus although the pool itself is probably just for decoration as it's freezing and just a few metres away from the dining area. The bedrooms are fine, but if you look out onto the... More
