This hotel has some really negative reviews on here and people are entitled to their opinions. Yes the lifts don't work and some (only some) of the staff need to lighten their mood but all in all we found it to be fairly above average. The grounds and reception areas are well kept. The cleaning staff are very smiley and... More

We stayed here for a week on Aug 4th 14 - what a wonderful find! Hotel is huge with so many places filled with squishy sofas you're spoilt for choice, it is light and airy, decorated with beautiful lanterns, fountains and indoor gardens. Our room was lovely, plenty of space, very clean and a great shower - beds were made,... More

I traveled here with a friend for a few days over the July fortnight. We arrived Wed 9th July and departed 14th July. We got a great deal and the hotel was much better than we expected after reading some reviews. The location is pretty central for both old and new town and very close to the airport. The gardens... We had stayed 3 nights in a riad but it all became a bit too much. This is the perfect hotel to lie by the pool get a taxi into the old city instead of waking up in it and relax. Would highly recommend for a break from the hustle and bustle whilst still experiencing marrakech.

We stayed as a family of 4 in this hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms immaculate. Towels changed and rooms cleaned daily. A nice pool, indoor and outdoor bar, indoor and outdoor seating, restaurant that served good food (although sometimes not warm enough!) with the exception of one rude batman in the indoor bar, staff were fine... I booked the hotel last minute for a 6 night stay with my Mother. We didn't pay very much but to be honest it was not the 4* experience the hotel claims to be... We arrived very late at night and the reception staff were helpful but we were disappointed by the room. Tired looking with some very outdated appliances.... More
