I read a lot of negative reviews about this place but I don't see what the problem is. The room was huge and very comfortable. I thought we were getting a room with a single double bed, turns out we got 2 double beds. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and garden were great. The breakfast... more

We read lots of bad / average reports of this hotel and flew out with some trepidation but were pleasantly surprised. Firstly all of the people at the hotel were courteous and pleasant. In general, as with most places "you get what you give"; I didn't manage to walk past a 'maid', gardener, porter or waiter without being greeted with... more

The hotel is clearly dated and has had its best times some years ago. Having said that, the pool and garden are very nice, and the new wing, in which we were lucky enough to be accommodated, has very good rooms. Service is in French only, with a few members of staff speaking very little broken English. We were a... more

We were a little disappointed by this hotel. The facilities that a 5 star rating requires were all there but all cost extra. The rooms were poorly finished and the food had that "mass produced" taste and appearance. The hotel isnt bad, its just not really worthy of 5 star status more

We stayed at the Kenzi Farah last month and just wanted to leave the feedback this fine hotel deserves. We can't understand some of the negative reviews and in fact haven't got one bad thing to say about the Kenzi Farah. We booked through UK based OnHotels.com and had a fantastic half board deal. The entrance to the hotel gives... more

As part of our honeymoon we decided to spend three nights in Marrakech - after a long drive up from Agadir we arrived in the Kensi Farah - It wad raining really heavily and first impressions should have turned us on our heels. The hotel foyer was shabby and in need of modernization - I'm into kitsch quirky hotels and... more

Over priced, service without a smile, and FLEAS! I was put in a room with no heating or hot water. When I asked about this the maintenance man came with a broken oil heater. I then asked about the hot water but the maintenance man couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a new room and was put in... more

The hotel is situated close to the airport in a residential area of thecity. However it is not very close to the "medina".The best thing about the hotel is the huge garden and the spacious rooms. It also has 2 large swimming pools: one indoor, the other outdoor. The spa is great, especially the massages. The quisie is not the... more
